I visited National Automotive to have a new Jasper engine installed in my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. Working with Jake and the rest of the team was truly an exceptional experience. Their updates were consistently prompt, leaving me with no room for uncertainty, and their level of communication set a new standard for what should be expected from an auto repair shop. They consistently went the extra mile, a rarity in this industry. Moreover, they completed the job within a remarkably reasonable timeframe. The cost was equally fair, devoid of any hidden fees or unpleasant surprises, which are unfortunately common at other shops. While I hope I won't need their services again for an engine replacement, I will certainly trust them with my future maintenance work. Thank you, National Automotive!

My experience was horrible and I felt I was taking advantage of due to my lack of automotive knowledge. I paid $1255.00 for a diagnostic test and the replacement of a camshaft position sensor (which required only one screw to remove and three wires to connect). And they charge me for work they supposedly done that I didn't authorize I paid the bill because I needed my vehicle and because I didn't know what else to do. My advice DO NOT take your car to these guys unless you have money to burn.

If you call asking questions about the work to be done the son won’t hesitate to laugh at you. Also my OEM 13 year old manual that has lived in my truck disappeared. Used them several times, recommended them to others. Now I go to JNJ auto.

I just drove across country and noticed today that there was a flap in the front of my car that was dragging on the ground. Called them and they said to come right in. I waited about half an hour and Robert came out smiling, said it was a ripped shield, just 2 screws to put it back, and no charge. Unbelievable! If I had gone to dealer, they would have told me I needed to replace the shield. Great service, super friendly. I’d go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
