I have had great experiences with this service department for five years and two cars. Carlos, my service advisor is very communicative and informative every step of the way when they have my car. Even when it was for an extended period of time (due to warranty battery issues) Carlos and the team made sure I had a great loaner car and checked in frequently. I highly recommend this service department whether you have a Range Rover or a Jaguar (I’ve had both)!

12/30/25 New review for vehicle 2nd service here. Confused and Questioning Customer. F type with a coolant leak. Inspection tech on video states need to replace radiator drain plug. Plug leaking. Good. Nothing major. However, service writer states I need a new radiator. "What ?" He advises it comes as a kit... radiator with drain plug. I ask him to double check, due to inspection video, tech statement. Meantime I call 3 Jaguar dealer parts, including No. SD Jaguar, and ask about the part. Told by all 3, its available, but have to order. Odd. Troubling. Even my extended warranty stated dealer replacable item. Service writer explained things to me, but still did not quell my questions and doubts. We moved forward, but i still have my "What ?" factor. With my Jaguar friends, I get joked on... "I have a $xxxx radiator drain plug." Not funny. Also, I learned after coming in to pick up my car, and to speak with my Service advisor, on Saturday, that my service advisor / advisors are off. Another "What ?" This service has been an experience. I just expected different? Uhm. I will continue with No. SD Jaguar. But still wonder, and have my "What ?" ******** Visited the N.SD JLR with my F Type, and spoke with service writer - Carlos about a weeping coolant pipe. I accepted the repair work estimate / cost. The next day I thought more about the coolant issues / failure with this vehicle / engine... coolant pipes. Jaguar knows of this issue. I decided to pull the trigger to replace all coolant pipes. Quite an increase in $,$$$ pipes + mostly labor. A proactive update for the vehicle. The provided loaner car gave me a piece of mind in getting around, work, life, etc... a plus. Service technician provider John H. seems to have done a great job and attention to detail. Which we all can appreciate. I do. Who I am. I was looking for a Jaguar service dealer that I liked and trusted. Very important. And it seems I may have found them. Cost is still important - to work performed ratio. We will see on future visits. 👍

We experienced a driver door locking issue while in Phoenix. Preferring not to have me fall out of the car while driving back to our northern Arizona home, we left our car with them over the weekend. J.D. and Ely provided us with a loaner. These guys could not have been nicer or more helpful to us! We have worked with J.D. in the past and, as usual, always experienced his politeness, courtesy and genuine concern for our needs! It's nice to have someone you know take care of you in a pinch! Good people!!

This is the biggest scam ever!! People take pictures of your motor before.I spent 10,000 dollars only to find they are Vin scammers.And when busted he offered to wait for investigations.I was blocked from registering for ownership.

Brought my Jaguar XE in on Friday morning since my Check Engine light was on again. Service was performed by a seasoned Jaguar technician who provided a detailed explanation of the work needing to be done. Was told my car should be ready by Monday or Tuesday. When I hadn't heard any further about the status of the repairs by Tuesday, I called that morning and was told the work had been completed and my car was ready to be picked up! We had many services done to repair the whole vehicle back to new. New tires, brakes, steering service, and auto detailing too, just to name a few. Johnny Lackhan, the service advisor, was terrific! He kept us informed along the way. They even did a video to show the needs of my Jaguar F-Type. My highest recommendation to this outstanding company! Fair pricing too!
