I went in for a maintenance service and after they finished with my car, regrettably they neglected to put 3 bolts back on my underbody guard. I discovered this a few days later when it was dragging beneath the car. I went back to Benz and they apologized BUT the damage was already done. HOW CAN THEY FORGET TO PUT BOLTS BACK IN?!?!?

This was the first time I received videos. This was helpful. However, the current process of sending repair estimates for approval without dialog misses the mark. I declined the repairs and upon arrival asked to speak with the person assigned to me for more detailed understanding of the severity of the suggested repairs, the potential illlacr of delaying them, etc. The rep was very helpful in this regard.

This was our first time there, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. They truly utilize technology to keep you informed every step of the way, and I loved the detailed inspection video the technician sent—such a professional touch. Our service advisor, Mike, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and worked hard to get us out the same day so we wouldn’t have to make another long trip. We really appreciated that effort. The service, communication, and overall attention to detail were top notch. A true class act and such a refreshing difference compared to the dealership closer to us. Highly recommend!
