I am not going to say. I know things and I was an auto mechanic years ago. I will say I find things that are very odd. My dip stick tells me a lot of things...Play with those wires and get my engine to run rough.....maybe it will cough up money....There is a man I know and he told me people are funny and sometimes they laugh, too....John, I figured it out!

I would not recommend this Auto shop at all. A few weeks ago I brought my vehicle in to get my AC fixed, John recommended I also get my control arm fixed which seemed urgent so I went ahead and got it replaced. After leaving the shop, my steering wheel seemed off but I do not know literally anything about cars, I am a single mom and do not have much help in Phoenix. My dad came out last week and drove my car and told me my alignment was bad and the same day my AC went out. I called and let John know and he told me to bring my vehicle in and he would take a look at it. (It's good to note that there was a rattling sound that I thought may be my engine but I was unsure.) John told me it was pointless to fix my AC or do my alignment because my engine was bad and my car was trashed, keep in mind he did nothing but check my oil to come to the conclusion that my engine was bad. He refunded me for my AC and told my family we were "lucky he doesn't remove the control arm and parts he fixed in the AC". He lied about multiple things being wrong with my vehicle, which we found out because the mechanic in the back told me what he believed to actually be wrong with my vehicle. John decided to retaliate against me and put USED DIRTY OIL in my car thinking it was okay because I was "low on oil" which I was planning on bringing oil to put in so I could drive it to my usual mechanic. I took my vehicle to my usual mechanic who I should've gone with to begin with I was just looking for a cheaper option and my engine is perfectly fine it is my AC making the rattling sound and two things are bad on my front end and need to be replaced. Save yourself time and money and go with somebody else!
