Took my vehicle in to Curt's for a brake fluid exchange. I was only there a little over an hour and the job was completed. The price was very good, much less than the dealer wanted to get it done. Edit: I previously left a very negative review. Curt’s reached out and took full responsibility for the issue and made restitution. I believe they would do the same for any customer, and I will continue to use them myself. With any luck, I will only continue to have a 5 star experience with them. I will leave my previous review below: Don't go here. Experience won’t match the questionable “good reviews”. I’ll share why (with pictures), but the short version is: if you’re looking for honest, competent, or reasonably priced, keep looking. Here’s why. My car: - 2009 Nissan Versa - Value about $3k, - 150k miles Initial repair for engine noise: - Needed repairs and labor: $700 - Actual total after agreeing to unnecessary add-ons: $3200 - Additional (declined) highly suggested labor: another $6k What's frustrating here is the phone rep insisted all $9200 were essential to repairing the noise issue. But the paperwork literally says otherwise. See the attached photo. I suppose that's typical sleazy auto shop behavior. So much for the Google reviews suggesting these were "top notch, honest, Christian people". But that's not the worst of it. Upon pickup, my A/C no longer turned on... What? Seriously. They gave me back my car with an A/C issue that it didn't have previously. Follow up: - Free inspection - Issue: Freon is too low, which forces the A/C off. - Cost: $550 (replace valves and recharge the freon) - But they said it may not be the only issue with the A/C button. They wouldn't know until they did the labor. Here's the thing. I was skeptical recharging the freon would fix it. I had cold air blowing the day I brought it in. It just happened to all leak out while it was parked in their lot? Seems strange. Freon from Autozone is cheap and easy to charge yourself. So I requested they find out if that was actually the issue first by just charging it without the expensive valve replacement. Seems like the least they could do for an issue they probably caused. They refused to charge it and see if that fixed the issue. Unless I paid the full $550, I'd be walking away from their repair shop with $2500 in unnecessary repairs, and a car suddenly with no A/C. And that's where I am now, because I'm not paying them again. I'm $2500 poorer than I should be, with a freshly broken A/C system. Thank you Curt's.

I took my truck into Curt’s for an oil change and transmission slipping asked to have my brakes looked at and rotate the tires on December 15, 2025. I had the transmission serviced at my last appointment so the changed the fluid and inspected for free. Since December 15th, they have called and text me looking for more business. In the text they said that I could get my tires rotated. So it appears they never did it at the last appointment. Don’t like spam. I get enough of it from non solicited sites. Don’t need it from a place where I have been a loyal customer. Not to mention I had a 8:00am appointment and it took two days to complete the requested service. I will not be returning here for service.

I have NOTHING but HORRIBLE things to say about Curt's Auto Repair. After being quoted an outrageous price and upsold over the phone at least 3 times, we decided to go ahead and do repairs anyway to fix motor mounts. Based on other reviews, we thought we would at LEAST be getting an "honest car repair shop." When we picked up the car during the heat of the day, the fixes were done. On the way home, we noticed our AC was struggling. We realized our AC button wouldn't turn on. Keep in mind, our AC was working just fine before we brought our car in. When we called them about it the next morning, they said they would look at it, no charge. After 2 days of not hearing back, we finally called them and they told us it would be a $500 fix to see if a Freon charge would fix it...and even then they weren't sure that was the problem. Let me reiterate the car's AC was on and working fabulously before I brought my car in. When I came to pick the car up, the AC was broken. The AC button won't even turn on. Now Curt's Auto Repair has no idea what the problem is...but they're going to start by charging us $500 to see if it's low Freon?! And you're telling me that in the 48 hours my car sat on that lot, my car's AC button just magically stopped working?! Wow. I am reviewing this company on every website and reporting them to everyone I can: the Better Business Bureau, the state attorney general's office, and the state consumer inspection agency. Do not give a cent to this JOKE of an "honest" auto repair shop. I thought making an elementary school teacher this angry wasn't even possible. Thank you Curt's Auto Repair for charging me $4000 to BREAK my AC. You've really done a number on these customers.

Curt's Auto Repair checked over the reason I had different oil leaks with my car. Lorenzo was very polite sharing with me the results that were found and the cost. I did notice that they have a 2-year warranty on their work. The entire office is very polite and gives one a sense of feeling welcome. I have decided to have them do the work needed on my car.
