Mike, the owner of Mike's Auto Repair is as honest as they come. I have trusted Mike for nearly 3 years and although he being a family man is there to make a profit, yet he'll treat you fairly and save you as much money as possible. Hope this doesn't cause him to get more business than he can handle because I would just have to wait longer...just kidding go line up at Mike's it'll be worth your wait. Vane with that black 2006 Chevy HHR.

I was referred to mikes auto by a good friend of mine. When I took my wife's car to his shop for some repairs. I was satisfied with the service I received. Which lead me to take my car to his shop. Again I was satisfied with the service i received and was ensured by mike that his father was the best in the business. His shop was a family owned shop which he purchased from his father. All this lead me to trust in his auto mechanics and his service. One month and a half later I start having problems with my gears shifting in the transmission I could not go more than 15-20 mph. I contacted mike regarding the issue, being that the work he did was to repair my transmission initially. Mike sent a tow truck to pick my car up and take it to the shop. When i contacted mike regarding what was the problem, He informed me that he did fix a seal on the transmission tho it was my engine knocking in the lower half which is causing the issue I was having. Mike sent another tow truck to drop off my car which I paid $50.00. Shortly there after I purchased a engine and was having the same issue. Again I contacted mike and advised him of the problem. A tow truck came from his shop to pick up my car once again. I was not informed of what was going on with my car until the second week it was there. I was informed several times that the car will be "done", when I contacted mike on the date he said the car will be done, he stated it meant put together not done. I have missed my children's activities due to not having my car. I have not received good customer service being that my car is difficult to fix and many issues involving the shop such as wrong part delivered, personnel issues, and just not making my issue a priority rather than a nightmare. I feel I have been flexible and understanding with the issues tho I feel I have not received proper customer care service. I just feel like Jim Carey in Liar Liar when his car gets towed, and they tell him to take it up the rear.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Mike's Auto is a scamming fraudulent & conniving business. These guys take advantage of anybody and everybody. They make it sound like a great deal to have a free tow from anywhere to their shop. Promise to match same price as quoted by another mechanic, but in actuality, they just want your money. After having a fuel pump and fuel filter replaced, we noticed a gas-like smell coming from somewhere. "Check Fuel Cap" light came on two days after repairs and drove immediately to Mike's. After nearly four hours of waiting, Mike estimated that we needed a new fuel pump and several other issues. How is it that they replaced the fuel pump two days ago and are saying we need a new one already? DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! SIDENOTE: Upon entering the shop, Mike was inaudible when he attempted to explain the issues with our car. The vibe there is as if they know they are up to something shady and they obviously do not do the work they promise... or they do a crap job. I strongly advise going with Granite Reef Auto Service in Scottsdale. It's another Mike but he's much more capable of fixing what's wrong with your car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

I just transferred from Southern California and I had problems with my cooling system. I had taken my vehicle to the dealership in Temecula Ca in which I thought they had fixed the problem. After charging me an arm and leg I thought they had did a good job. After residing here for almost a year the same problem happen again. I did not want to take it to the dealership again so I had asked if there were any good shop around here in Phoenix. I was directed to Mikes Auto. Let me tell you, they fixed the problem right away and they did not keep my vehicle for days as did the dealership. They did a great job and never had a problem since then. I recommend to have your vehicle serviced there. I'll never to go another shop again.

These guys are honestly the absolute best. They're everything you could ask out of an auto shop, they're honest with you about everything going on while diagnosing your car and they check in at every step of the way. I've never felt like they were trying to throw in repairs that were unreasonable, they're very straight to the point with what's wrong and your options for fixing it. On top of that they're stand up guys, Mike will do what he can to help you out and they really do have some of the best customer service I've ever had at a shop. Overall the best mechanic I've been too and I'll continue to visit these guys so long as I got my car.

We've been taking our cars to Mike's Auto Repair for a few years now. We won't take them anywhere else, even though we live in the southwest valley. It's never fun to have to face a car repair bill, but with Mike and his team, you know that you are getting honest and fair prices. Mike has been my mechanic for almost 10 years. I have referred so many people to his shop, I've stopped counting. That's the best endorsement a person can give in my opinion -sending friends and family to someone they trust. He is honest and never tries to "up-sell" something you don't need -which is rare his line of business. Mike's mechanics are knowledgeable and trustworthy -many of them are family members. I highly recommend this shop.

Mike was recommended to me from a friend and just in time! Late that night I used his towing service because my radiator was smoking. Not only was he prompt and diligent when I called, they towed my truck and took care of the issue first thing in the morning. I have never had such a great experience at any repair shop. Mike is honest, reliable and has expert knowledge in his field. I trust him and his crew and won't ever look elsewhere for help with fixing any vehicle I'll ever own. Ever since I had my fuel pump replaced for $300 bucks less than what another shop in the area quoted me, I will only bring my car to Mike's Auto Repair. Most recently, my car's AC was fixed and it passed the emissions test, too! I stumbled across this place about a year and a half ago when my car actually broke down very close to there, and I'm certainly glad I found them. Mike is super knowledgeable, and they do quick good work at a fair price. I have an older car that I'm trying to limp along for another few years, and I've been in a couple times since then as well, and both times I had the car back the same day. The most recent time he had to read some fairly complicated codes out of the car to figure out what the problem was, but he still had it all squared away and fixed by mid-afternoon. Great place!

Mike's Auto Repair is a top-notch, family-owned shop that provides exceptional service. I recently had my 1994 F-150's air conditioning fixed and oil changed here, and they did a fantastic job. The repair time was quicker than expected, and the quality of their service was superb. The price was very reasonable, and I appreciate their staff's friendly and welcoming attitude. Although I didn't buy a car, I know they sell vehicles at great prices. Overall, I highly recommend Mike's Auto Repair for all your auto repair needs.

Honest, reliable and TRUSTWORTHY. If you have a problem they can fix it not just that if your vehicle not moving they will come pick it up and everyone knowledge is Prefect. I honestly consider myself blessed to have found such an awesome auto shop. I had another mechanic that not only couldn't get the job done correctly but wasted a lot of my valuable time. My car would not start and I was not able to identify the issue for a long period of time. As you can imagine this caused a lot of stress and frustration as going from being able to go and leave as I please, to relying on catching rides or rideshare became time consuming, inconvenient, and expensive. Mikes Auto Shop quickly turned my situation around by not only identifying the real issue which was a damaged camshaft, but completed the work in a timely manner and for a fair price. Every employee that I have encountered from the Tow Truck Driver (didn't catch his name) to Mike himself was professional, proficient, and honest. I am pleased to say that they got me back on the road after being without reliable transportation for 2 months. I live in downtown Phoenix and work in North Scottsdale. My car is driving better than ever and I am one of many satisfied customers. This phenomenal business is legit and as long as I reside in Phoenix, I will forever use them as auto shop for my vehicle needs. Thank you so much to to every hand involved on getting me back on the road, you truly have helped me in a way that not enough words can express.

Mike’s Auto Repair is the best, most trustworthy auto shop I’ve encountered. Beginning with towing my car after the engine blew, Mike’s Auto shop was responsive and knowledgeable on the issues with my car. Immediately Mike’s team recognized that my engine was out of oil, which caused the blow, and brought the car to his garage where Mike took photos of the engine for me, showed me what was wrong and advised me how to follow-up. With my new vehicle, I have made Mike’s Auto shop my go-to shop. Mike and his crew are incredibly experienced and knowledgeable on everything auto and his company has gained my trust (as a young woman!) to bring my vehicle for all auto needs including oil changes, alternator replacement, brakes replacements and general functioning. The guys there are efficient, honest and do a superior quality job. Thank you, Mike and Co.!
