I would not even give this thief one star if I could help it. This guy got me for nearly $9,000. I’ve had to sue him, and it’s still in the courts. This guy is a liar, thief and a terrible mechanic. I also know of another guy he ripped off for $2,000 on a head job farmed out to him from Gio’s. This is all provable, should anyone care to ask me. Beware, he’s also in bed with Kelly’s Machine Shop as well. Next stop, the AZ Attorney General. This guy should be in jail.

We were referred to Bob. The metal on our sling chairs needed to be pressed together or we had to buy more Tropitone Chairs which aren't cheap. Bob did an amazing job! My husband is a perfectionist and he was super impressed. Thanks, Bob!

Wow. Perhaps the worst machinist I have ever used. First off, The price we were quoted was nearly doubled. Several components were broken that had to come from the UK. Parts were not clean inside when returned, Lots of debris. Freeze plugs were leaking as soon as engine started to warm up, and the timeline that was supposed to be 1.5 weeks turned into over 2 months. As I was putting the engine back together I just kept finding more problems. So unhappy with the service and timeframe, and the price turned out to be more than some of the finest race machine shops in the valley. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

My car was knocking bad, a friend told me about the shop and how the owner Bob was a good fit and would take care of me. Well he broke it to me gently since it was bad. But what I really enjoyed was the fact he took the time to care. Spent half the afternoon calling all around to same me money and get me the best deal he could. Need less to say, I will never take me business anywhere else.

My teenager hit several things in his car breaking the front bumper and the rear bumper. Robert agreed to take a look at it and he manufactured some pins and fixed both of them for thousands less than the body shop quoted me. The car looks like new. Fixed the engine light also (o2 sensor) at no additional cost. Wow, will be going back to him for anything car related. Thank you Robert! Great to meet you and your crew!

I took my '69 Chevelle Malibu to a "larger" shop to get my AC evacuated and charged and within 2 weeks it was blowing warm again. They didn't honor their work and gave me the run around besides charging me a very high price. Brought my car to PBS and they had my AC blowing cold in less than an hour at a much more reasonable price. Very cool old school shop that reminds me of the 70's. Thank you PBS!!

Fast reliable work! Veteran owned. PBS gives discounts to veterans and those with a conservation license plate too. I’ve been going to PBS automotive for a few years with my Tacoma. I spend a lot of time off road with a high mileage truck. Robert at PBS has kept my truck running optimally. Few years back my front differential went out the week before Memorial Day, PBS got it up and running quickly with very competitive prices before the weekend. When you go to PBS, you deal directly with the mechanic working on your vehicle, not the sales counter.

If you’re looking for a mechanic who you can trust- go to PBS Automotive. I have a VW Jetta that needed extensive work. I had received multiple quotes from other mechanics that ranged substantially in cost. As a woman, this was frustrating. A friend recommended PBS to me so I gave them a call. They explained what I needed, why, and provided the most reasonable quote. I decided to have them do the repairs and I’m so glad that I did. James and Bob were so kind.
