I want to express the great experience I had dealing with Burkhard Kloswner and Nick Kelley at Bentley Scottsdale in my recent purchase of a 2020 Porsche panamera. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, in fact they said don't buy unless you feel it's right for you. They answered all my questions, and there was no 3 hour let's make a deal like I have had in past car purchases, we quickly settled on a fair price and Ashley was very smooth and efficient in the purchase process with a real cool desk that had a computer built into the top of it. Much of the paperwork was put on a usb card. They also invited me back with any questions I may come up with. Overall a very positive experience and I would purchase a car from them again and recommend you give them a try. I need to follow up on this review. 5 days after I let the car sit it would not start. I called Burkhardt and told him my problem and that I didn't want AAA messing with my brand new Porsche. He said of course not and sent out a very nice young man out who started the car. I took it in to the Porsche dealer to have the battery checked and it was just 41%. Porsche guy told me I needed a new battery, so I said fine put one in. He put in a Porsche battery that was $1079. Whew! Good news is I knew it was done right by Porsche mechanics , bad news is that is a lot of money for a battery. So I called Burkhardt at the Bentley of Scottsdale dealer I bought the car from and asked if he could help out. He said send me the invoice and PAID THE ENTIRE BILL! What great service! I highly recommend Bentley of Scottsdale if you want great service along with great vehicles. Thank you so much Burkhardt and Nick, you went over and above and are fantastic!

My 2016 Bentley Flying Spur needed its 8th annual/6-year service and all of that was completed as expected. It had an issue with the front right window (previous repair proved to be done poorly and incomplete) and the folks at Bentley Scottsdale were able to obtain the parts and had the talent on-site to handle (basically) re-building the window mechanism. They completed all the work in 7 business days (amazing) and the work was done to perfection. The car was returned with a glowing shine and appeared as new. One thing I REALLY like is 1) prior to performing any work, they video EVERYTHING that need repair, explain what they will do and at what cost (and give YOU the option to decide which approach to take) and then 2) upon completion of the work and before closing everything up, they again video what they did and show you precisely how things now appear. They were great people to work with, made me feel as though I was their only customer and were friendly and the definition of professional at all times. Bentley Scottsdale are the ONLY service people who will touch my car in the future. If you're considering taking your vehicle to them I could not recommend them any higher.

I was assisted by Quinten Brown, who did an excellent job helping me throughout the entire purchasing process since I am from the other side of the country, he did the demonstration remotely, helped me with the financing process as a whole, and provided an excellent professional to carry out the transport, everything in a clear and very cordial manner, I received the car in a way I had never received it, extremely clean and with super detailing and in the condition I expected. I stopped by Bentley Scottsdale last Friday to check out one of their sweet whips they just got in stock. Nic and I took it for a quick drive, talked numbers, and about an hour or so later I left with my dream car. I can’t emphasize it enough how easy, stress free, and on ball these guys are.
