Long story short our work van had a lot of work done to front end suspension and steering, we had an alignment done at a different place after all work was done everything was great.... A couple of weeks later had a little incident that needed parts replaced and the alignment rechecked took the van back to original alignment shop to have it checked again still under warranty AND!!! I would of paid again because I knew it needed an alignment yes I did tell them what happened. Left the van for 2 hours there, they called me to pick up the van and told me everything was good it didn't need a realignment..... they didn't even look at my van the second time. Because it definitely needed an alignment I drive it every day and it was still not driving straight as it was before the incident, I was definitely not going back to have them recheck nothing again. I found Greg Clark Automotive. Kelly was great to deal with I told him the situation, he got me right in and did the alignment it was definitely proof for me the first place didn't touch the van second time. I Definitely recommend Greg Clark Automotive. Thanks again Kelly and Greg.

Went in to have my breaks done, and got in and out fast. They also showed me a few more problems that i need to have fixed. Went in last minute to see if i could get a crank shaft sensor replaced so my car would stop dying while idling, and they got me in and out within an hour. This is my go to shop.

Found Greg Clark Automotive right after recovering from sticker shock caused by estimates from a dealer service shop. We asked for a free second opinion, and were thrilled to learn 1) not everything had to be done right away, and 2) the actual cost to repair would be about 60% of the original dealer proposal. Greg Clark helped us to prioritize the most important issues to resolve, and what could wait a few months. He was able to take the car in without delay; repairs completed and car was available the next day. Very very happy with this shop, look forward to working with them in the future.

Got a new throttle body 2 years ago was working great until it started the same problems and I looked to see what was wrong and haven’t had a problem since I got it fixed until I noticed that my wiring was different and has electrical tape and the connector in my car was spliced with a different connection for the new part on my 2015 Dodge Journey that is nothing similar to what’s supposed to be on my car

A friend told me about this business and she was right on the money. Excellent staff and owner is a wonderful man. I never had to wonder if the job was done right, it was a given. They actually care about your vehicle and YOU. The office area is super clean as well as their work area, which is rare. Prices are good but more importantly you can be assured the work is done right. If I hadn't left Phoenix I would still be using this business. Greg is great and really does care. Miss them already as my truck still needs work done. BEST shop in Phoenix, that's a FACT!!

Not only did I have to come in 3 separate times to get a headlight fixed but my indicator light came on for a 4th time as they missed that a fog light was out. On top of this they quoted me $1200 for new suspension which I didn’t trust so I drove my car all the way to San Jose, California to have my relative who owns his own mechanic shop inspect my entire suspension system and he stated it was in perfect condition. My experience has been terrible and I live with 2 other individuals who were quoted outrageous prices for work on their cars. All 3 of us are taking our business elsewhere. I’m very disappointed

Asked for a quote on a steering coupler and was quoted 300 for the service (checks out, you have to remove everything under the steering wheel and is on par with what other mechanics quotes me) and was told the part was an added $400. Mind you, the dealer charged $500 for the labor and part… and the part itself is no more than $50 (even OEM parts). Do your research before you head to this mechanic.

Took my vehicle in to get it checked for a leak. Ray has always been good to my wife and I. However this time around I asked him roughly what the cost would be based on what I mentioned to him. He said it was hard to determine. But if it were the water pump it would be the most expensive. Ok. Fine I left my key and went about my day. The next day I had to call because I hadn’t heard anything. It’s already midday almost. And he asked if I got his message (not even a missed call). Then he went over the cost. When I said that was more than we had budgeted for and couldn’t do it. He then hit me with a $76 charge for pressure something. It was never mentioned until I said we can’t give them the business. I paid it didn’t want to because I was never told about that charge. But I understand it was policy. Needless to say, we will no longer be using Greg Clark based on this experience. Had it been mentioned in the first place, I would have been ok with it. But since I was as told after the fact…. Yea not too happy with it. Also on top of all this my check engine light came on. And Ray said they did nothing.
