I've used VW N Scottsdale for a year now for parts and service. Both have been great, the dealership is very nice, the staff is down to earth, they have had just about every part I've needed, and service of my Sportwagen has been top notch. Don't get VW North Scottsdale confused with Chapman VW, not the same, VW North Scottsdale is a Penske dealership and well worth the trip !

While the service was okay, over 2.5 hours to just get an oil change is a bit ridiculous. Also, never got any updates or requests to replace the filter even though the service person suggested that after I was checked out.

Service Depart and Tim have been great the 2 times Ive had my Car Serviced and Oil changed. However, while waiting for my car to be done, there was a car salesman that was talking very loudly and arrogantly about how he " Doesn't waste his time on people like that". Referring to customers who had just left, that didnt purchase. Obnoxious and highly unprofessional!
