There was an accident on 12st and street was blocked to get to Auto Shop in the am. After 4hrs at Hospital for a procedure , I had energy to stop by in the afternoon for another appraisal. I really appreciate an honest advice, appraisal, and recommend this place. Never park close to a bushy tree, it can scrape your car! The body work and paint was amazing. They started and finished the repair, which was somewhat extensive, in 2 weeks which was 10 days ahead of schedule. Dwayne and the team kept great communication keeping me informed as the process went along. If only I could give more than 5 stars. This is sadly the second time I’ve had to use their services and was amazed by the quality of work and service both times!

I’m a sentimental guy, and Fix Auto made sure to put just about the best polish on their new paint after I scratched up and dented the rear passenger door on my VW Ranchwagen. I had a wonderful experience at Fix Auto. My car was hit so this repair was done through an insurance company. That process was incredibly straight forward and all coordination was done through Fix Auto and Progressive. Fix Auto was good at communicating with me as the car was being repaired. When I picked it up, Duane walked me through the work that was done. The biggest surprise was that they had washed my car, plus detailed the inside of it. It looked brand new! Afterwards I had a question about the recalibration that was done and Duane called me back in a timely manner to answer my questions. I hope to not need Fix Auto in the future, but if I do I will trust them once again!

Taking your car in after an accident for repairs can be stressful and frustrating. I researched different companies and saw the review at Fix Auto so we opted to give them a try. My vehicle was going to be in the shop for about 3-4 weeks and Dwayne did such a great job of keeping me updated on the progress, calling twice a week. He answered all of my questions and was very upfront and honest about concerns regarding parts and such. The work itself was done well and minus a few small fixes, my vehicle is in great condition and I’m really pleased with the outcome. I’d highly recommend them!

Great repair. Communication needs help. Needed an oil change after repair, they had my vehicle for five days one of them being over at the shop to do a front end alignment and they never did Oil change tire rotation. My vehicle that had then been finished and he told me he Sent it back over because he forgot to do the oil change tire rotation and it should be back by the end of the business day. What should’ve happened is once it was forgotten. He should’ve said give me an hour and I’ll have it all taken care of, but he didn’t. He just pulled it back after having it for five days.
