Original scope was to replace all headlamps. Due to manufacturers design headlamp replacement was inconvenient and required special tools. Technician found short in right headlamp that resulted in the nonfunctional lamp as well as burnt lamp wire harness. All lamps and damaged lamp wire harness were replaced within 2 hours of drop off.

This company has earned its high star ratings! JR helped us when our Hyundai started making terrible noises and we pulled into his shop on the way to a job. He said our engine is toast and referred us to the Hyundai dealership for the recall on engine failure. So grateful! For transparency I didn’t get anything serviced here but if the service is as good at the customer service, I wouldn’t recommend. Inquired about a service and the person I spoke to was condescending. Asked for a quote on a service and he said snarky, “you would still have to pay for the service if that doesn’t resolve your issue,” (duh?). Most mechanics I’ve worked with before either only charge you for the labor if you bring your own part (obviously no warranty or return) or don’t accept parts from you as the client. This guy actually increases his price if you bring your own parts. Do your research before you go to this guy.

This was the 2nd time I've taken my truck to 19th avenue garage, first time they diagnosed my problem and didn't charge me anything (gascap had a leaking seal). The 2nd time they repaired my vacuum system Way quicker than quoted and the charge was VERY reasonable! I'll be returning with any of my vehicles that are out of warranty and general maintenance! I highly recommend this shop! I had a problem with my car making a weird sound that my other mechanic shop couldn't identify and made me spend 2k on parts that didn't fix the problem. These mechanics found the issue the same day and their prices are reasonable. It's been three weeks since the repair and my car is running great!
