I dropped my car off when they opened and even spoke with mechanic after telling him what my car was doing he seemed very optimistic and even said he knew what was wrong. However they had my car for 3 days and every day I had to call for an update. The office manager kept saying they are still testing it. I asked for them to do a diagnostic test and yet she kept saying they couldn't find anything wrong. The check engine light was on when I brought it in. I asked what the test showed and again she continued to say he test drove it and nothing wrongg. I had stated to them that the problem is sparatic happens every other time Idrive it. Only when tank is full. Still she said nothing. I finally just picked up my car only to break down a mile from their shop. Very disappointed in the service. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I trust and appreciate the owners, Jim and Rebecca, of Cedar Hills Tire & Auto Care because they do what is necessary to safely maintain my 9 year old vehicle and do it for a fair price. If Jim advises me on a needed service, I know it is something my vehicle truly needs. I will continue doing business with Cedar Hills Tire & Auto as long as I own a vehicle!

I called Keith Pierson Toyota and was able to get an appointment 7 days out for them to just look at my truck! So instead, I called friends and two recommend Cedar Hill Auto on Blanding. I didn't call them, I just took my truck there. That was 9:am. At 4:30pm it was completed. New wheel bearing, new cv axle, new tie rod end, new brakes and rotors. And cheaper than I anticipated. Super friendly local folks that knows their stuff.

This is the best auto repair shop around! My 90 year young friend's van broke down over the weekend. She contacted several other shops she'd used before. No one could look at it for days. I convinced her to give Cedar Hills a call & we got it there yesterday a.m. By early afternoon the problem was fixed & they gave it a once over for any further trouble. Found a small, inexpensive problem & repaired it. Most importantly, they found a missing motor mount from another shop's repair many years ago & replaced that! Very grateful to the whole staff..they may have stopped a catastrophy. She got her van back the same day! Very fair rates, professional & really know how to quickly diagnose & repair the problem. Excellent everything.

Locally owned shop that I have literally been going to for years. The most trustworthy mechanic I've ever dealt with in my entire life is the owner. If you need your car fixed or need it diagnosed this is the place to go. Prices are relevant to the current economy but they are fair. I will take my car nowhere else.

We have a very old van, but looks like new, that we aquired from an elderly family member. The fuel pump went out, and we bought an after market replacement for the repair. Cedar Hills agreed to install the new one for a reasonable price. They also suggested replacement of the fuel filter while doing the repairs. The van repairs were done on time and at a reasonable price. They also tightened up a loose AC belt, at no charge. It was also discovered the belt was the wrong one, installed by another garage previously. We now bring our vehicles to them, as they've won our business with good work, decent prices, and being honest. A rare thing nowadays. And the van runs great as well! Please don't change your business model!

Ever since I found Cedar Hills Tire and auto I won't let anyone else touch my vehicle. Jim has always been honest and never told me I needed something I didn't need. He has told me if repairs can be put off for a time. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them to anyone and have sent friends and family to them because they do such good work at such a reasonable price.

The office manager at Cedar Hills was beyond helpful. She was able to point me in the right direction with having my car worked on. They were reasonable in their pricing and prompt in their service. They were even willing to work with my warranty company in a very professional manner. While I did decide not to have my engine replaced, if I were to replace it this would be where I would take it! Unbelievable customer service that was above and beyond.

This place is a gem, I had a hard time picking a spot to go for a check engine light. Rebecca was super friendly when I walked in and even helped check my engine code when the mechanic was busy. I came back a few days later and she remembered my name, car type, and issues with my car! My bill was cheaper than what I expected, and they were very honest with what was wrong with my car. I will definitely be returning as they did good work on my car and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process! 😁

Check tire pressure alarm went off and thank goodness I was passing Cedar Hills Tire and Auto Care. I quickly turned the car around to stop at the shop. I was greeted by Michelle. She promptly asked Jimmy to determine the problem. Unfortunately, I had a screw in the tire. Jimmy repaired it quickly.and I was on my way. I heard great things about this business and decided to give them a try. I took my car for service met Mr Jeff the owner who was so nice and pleasant. He took my car for a test drive told me exactly what was needed, fixed my bulb lights on my car and off I went little time. He showed me step by step what he was working on and the cost was so affordable. I highly recommend taking your car there for repairs so many mechanics are shady and hard to trust. This is one of the few truly trustworthy mechanic out there the owner is actually one of the mechanics that works there because he bought it when the old owners retired. They won't scam you unlike a lot of places. I only have to pay 1800.00 to get my rear shock absorbers completely replaced and the wheel bearing on one side. Say know what they're doing that's for sure. They aren't open on the weekend but they will hold your car over a weekend for an extended repair
