I’ve taken my car to Vickers since 2021. They were always nice and I thought I could trust them. $10,000 dollars later!!! Being charged for warranty work. Being told to drop off my car on a certain date and then not have any service actually done on the car for days sometimes weeks even over one month. Then still having issues which they never believed me when I told them something was wrong until it made things worse providing an even larger bill for the repair! When I have been guaranteed the work would be finished in a timely manner. At one point I asked if they could fix the lock on my car or if it would be better to take the car to a locksmith? They said they could do it. Then the lock fell out, I took the car back and was told someone punched the lock out with a screw driver. They fixed it again and charged me for the repair. The lock recently broke again and when the new Machanic went in to fix it, he found missing parts! The lock was never fixed properly, no one punched it out with a screw driver. It hasn’t been but a few months since they supposedly rebuilt my air conditioner and it’s out AGAIN!!! This has been going on for years. I regret trusting them. And there is nothing I can do but accept that I put my trust and money into Machanics who have failed more times than I can count. Most recently after working on my car more things were broke after than fixed. It was like pulling teeth to get them to drive the car with me. Finally(after one day, while I was in their office and heard that another unhappy client drove her car to the back where the Mechanics are demanding they fix their mistakes)… I decided to take this approach myself and finally got something done. There is much more I could add to this review. But Vickers has already over the years waisted my time and money for shotty work that I have to pay another Machanic to fix their mess. I am infuriated. And they don’t care that it’s 110 degrees and I have NO AC!!!! And no more money to give them
