I hired JCN automotive to repair my radiator in my Hummer, and although they did complete this repair in the process they ruined my vehicle. When adding the chemical “blue devil” to my radiator it caused an explosion, which blew that chemical agent all over my car, permanently bonding to my windshield, roof, destroyed the paint and ruined my Thule travel carrier. I assumed it would clean off, but after leaving the shop and making every effort to clean it, I realized this was a chemical bond and there was no way to fix it. Returning to the shop, they replaced my windshield, but did not rectify the remaining issues. They then became aggressive, threatened me and told me I was no longer welcome there. They even mentioned that they have a gun, out of no where to intimidate me. This was their mistake, and in replacing my windshield they admitted so. They refused to give me their insurance information, and as of yet I have been unable to get this resolved. This shop should not be trusted with any vehicle, they do not know what they are doing and do not take responsibility for their mistakes and are shady at best. The radiator problem they fixed was a minimal problem compared to the damage they did.★☆☆☆☆ 3 years ago
