The team at Certified Collision replaced the front bumper on my 2017 Mustang this week. They did such a great job - you can't tell there was ever any damage! Tim provided a written estimate a couple weeks before I dropped it off. Since this is my only car, I asked if they could order the part before I dropped off my car. They required a deposit for that, which is a reasonable request. I called to make the deposit and Brittany was very helpful. The next day (a Friday), they called to tell me the part was in and I could drop the car off on Monday. I dropped my car off a little after 8:00 am and was able to pick it up the same day. Everyone I encountered was professional, personable, and happy to help. While I hope to not need any other body work done, if I do, I know where I'll be taking my car!

I was referred to Certified Collision as my driver door was sagging and the hinges were badly damaged. I took my truck up for an estimate and scheduled my appointment. Tim, his wife and their team were wonderful and Tim did an excellent job on my repair! So glad I can now use my driver door and I don’t have to climb in and out of my passenger side anymore. Will be having more body work done by them in the future.

This is definitely the best place to take your vehicle for repairs. I have nothing but nice things to say about the super kind and professional people who own this establishment. They went out of their way to accommodate me and help me through the entire process of having a wrecked vehicle. Sweet Debbie was very patient and answered so many questions and calls, so many times. She dealt with my insurance adjuster, car rental agent, and my unusually high expectations like a pro. I was kept more informed by her than the insurance adjuster throughout my experience! Tim and his team are by far the best body and PAINT crew! Period. My jeep looks brand new, not newly repaired.
