It took longer than I expected but I ended up just leaving my car there and getting a ride to work. Also I was told I was getting the same tires and I interpreted that to mean the same brand I had. My car had Pirelli tires but were replaced with Cooper tires. I didn’t notice until I got home but I decided to read up on them and they are comparable tires, and I trust the guys at Big Chief. I have used them for more than 20 years.

After an unfortunate hole in the tire of a family vehicle that was too big to patch or plug, the service reps at Big Chief took good care of us and our vehicle. They installed a new tire similar to the other three and had us on our way. We are very grateful for their assistance and very happy with their results and cost.

I took my car for a break inspection and they did a full inspection on my car and told me exactly what I needed and they were honest and professional. That is hard to fine nowadays. Needless to say I'm going back next week to have my rear rotors and pads replaced. Will definitely be using them from here on out for all my car services

It’s a bad day to be a mechanic at Big Chief when I walk in, solely because I am wildly irresponsible with car maintenance. The staff and customer service are top tier, communication is never void and they always fix the problems at hand. If something else needs attention with my vehicle (it’s always does because I am who I am) it’s never a pressure or an upsell, it comes from good hearted intentions on keeping their customers safe and on the road. I’ve been coming here for 15 years and don’t plan on finding anyone else.

I was immediately blown away by the Customer Service that was offered out of the Normandy location. Absolutely friendly, very inviting and professional at the same time. Very clean on the inside, organized,… and for the extent of damage that was done to my car and to get it back within less than two days was an absolute miracle. I wish I could give 4.5 stars. I appreciate the text appointment reminders and the emailed inspection report with photos and recommendations for additional service. Waiting area was clean and climate controlled. Staff was great. They were really busy that day so my only negative was how long it took to finish my car. I will go back to Big Chief on Normandy and I recommend them to others.

It was professional all the way. No complaints. One small suggestion. If people come in for tires and alignment tell them it will be about 3 hours. Then customers have the choice of staying or making other arrangements. But the service and value was good.

Everyone that works there is friendly and knowledgeable. Anyone that asks about their tires, I refer them to big chief.
