I’ve visited this place a few times (even left a 5-star review before) and have recommended it to friends and clients, believing I’d finally found an honest shop. Unfortunately, I was wrong. They charged me double for the price of parts, and who knows what else I ended up overpaying for. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is that they did adjust some of the part costs and didn’t charge for balancing my tires. Integrity is important, and sadly, this place seems to lack it. Be sure to do your research before coming here.

Needed a headlight bulb replaced on a Chevy traverse and unbeknownst to me you have go into the tire well to do the replacement. Everywhere I went quoted me $200 or more and told me that it would be a 2 hour job. Not only did the staff quote me a much better price they did it in 15 minutes. What a great group of people! Thank you for your honesty and for saving me money! I will be recommending you to everyone I know!

Where do I start? This shop is the most amazing shop I have ever been since I been in Jax and they are trustworthy unlikely other shops that try to rip off women.. they let you know what you need done to your car in advance if you have other problems.. but they really try to make it as affordable as possible and do the job right and the mechanics is amazing and most importantly the manager Christopher Kelly..he have the best vibe , friendly , make you feel comfortable and so nice and understanding.. I would say if you looking for a shop to make your home shop this particular location is the one and I know management plays a big part as well as the awesome mechanics😊..

I had the Absolute BEST Experience today with these Gentlemen. They all treated me like Family. I came in today because my SUV has been having an off and on mildewy smell in it since I purchased it last month. I finally realized that my front passenger carpet was wet. I came in to see if they could diagnose the issue for me. I originally spoke with Steve and Tails (Joshua) and they both remedied the issue. Ultimately my AC drain was clogged. I went inside and spoke with Chris while my vehicle was being worked on and he made some great recommendations on how I could get the smell out of my vehicle and how I could dry the carpet. All the workers at Famous Automotives were Professional, Knowledgeable, and Kind. They made me feel comfortable and have earned my Trust. I will DEFINITELY be returning for all of my Automotive needs. Thanks Guys!
