Very unprofessional. They try to hustle you out of money by giving you misinformation and making excuses to not give you a refund. They are very disorganized, they will hold on to your receipts and paperwork and never return it to you and claim they lost it. It's obvious they are being deceitful because he is not a good liar and it's very easy to poke holes in his story. I will open an investigation on this business so my documents can be found.

I had a great experience at JAX DMV Inspection. The gentleman that took care of my inspection was very helpful in the process. He helped me with the forms as I had gotten them from the DMV. website. But I had filled them incorrectly so he redid them for me. He told me he gladly helps anyone in giving them and filling out the forms, as it saves time for all because he knows how and it’s faster. He don’t charge anything extra for the forms or helping of filling them out. He has a great clientele, while I was there he had two other costumers show up for service, they came in after me, so it is advisable to call ahead but he does accept walk ins. I spoke to the other costumers while there and they too are pleased with his service and inspections. He really helps and guides you with the process. I am very thankful…

Dude saved me again. Anyone with a complaint about this guy and his work must have zero understanding of the state laws and procedures. If your “paper work” isn’t correct, there’s no need to “look at your car” , it cannot pass inspection no matter the physical condition. That’s like getting mad the contractor won’t build when the city turned down your plans and permits are not had or correct. No one’s gonna risk their ass or business for you. This man has always shown me what to correct and how, if and when I bring something incomplete or incorrect. Next to no wait other than the actual process. Going thru the state typically takes months. Here I can walk in and drive out within an hour and have all that I came for and need. Probably my 10th visit and I’ll continue to come back!
