The customer service was superb!! They Mechanic I had was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a recent car accident and my headlight bulb was completely out. My bumper was damaged as well. Not only did he fix it, but he gave me pointers how to maintain services in the future. They were gracious with price, I will definitely be back and recommend to others!!

I took our 2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe to Novix today because parking lot blocks had broken a couple of fastening points between the bumper and wheel well. Instead of trying to sell me a bumper and paint job someone was sent outside to do a good-looking job of re-securing the problem spots. Thank you gentlemen. They seemed to be an honest and reliable shop.
