I have a business car assigned to me. After the issue I had with Tire Kingdom on Park I'll choose Fist Coast. For a simple oil change Tire Kingdom said it would be all day, even with an appointment for 8:00 AM. I called First Coast and they had me in and out in 30 min. Thanks guys.

Quoted one price buy they chared 1000 more then price with out calling. Would not recommend them working on anyone's care. Scam artist to the max. This is not the only time this has happened.

Blocks road with several cars parked on curb and in front of business. Very dangerous. Literally can’t see if a car is coming. Have to pull out halfway into lane to see.

Small but very busy shop. Several employees so generally you will not have long waits. Employees give a fair assessment of your issues. Fair about their labor hours and will do their best to get parts shipped as to their facility as soon as possible (generally same day.) Wade will give you a fair price. Victoria keeps the shop together and is very knowledgeable about getting parts and does her best to keep everything moving.

I needed to have my daughters GMC Acadia inspected to see why it stopped running. I live in California and she lives in Jacksonville, FL. I searched online for the best mobile mechanic and One Coast Auto came up but they are no longer mobile. I had my daughters car towed to their location and Victoria was very! professional, courteous, and understanding. Unfortunately my budget would not allow me to make the repairs right now so we had to have the car picked up and Victoria unexpectedly blessed us and offered to accommodate us. I appreciate her professionalism and concern more than she realizes and have advised my daughter if there are any problems going forward One Coast Auto will be the place for all maintenance or repairs etc. As hard as it is to find a honest broker as far as mechanics go this a a huge! relief for me and my wife and I would not hesitate to recommend One Coast Auto to anyone....friend or foe.
