Guys you just won't find a better owner operator place. Last I didn't have to deal with a franchise I was living in Orlando over six years ago. I noticed a noise that got louder and louder over 5 days and I finally had to turn into Carl's place on Friday morning. I checked hubs, upper and lower ball joints and everything I could on my own. Carl and his team found my rear pinion was loose in my Dana44 lsd rear and saved me by re seating my pinion instead of my rear axle detonating that would have cost me almost $1800 or who knows hours spent at a junk yard. Great same day service!

The is the best and honest hard working repair shop in Jacksonville. It is evident from the estimate to the finalized price that these people are not trying to price gouge their customers. I had my Honda Odyssey in for service just this past summer. The motor for the rear ac unit was broken and I had cracked motor mounts. The dealership quoted just materials at over 3K! Autohaus quoted parts and labor at a fraction of the cost from the dealership. Not only was the van ready when he said, I've had zero issues from the repair. The back AC unit runs so good my kids complained it was too cold once! I will always recommend this place to my friends and family. I can't say enough about how amazing everyone was at Autohaus Inc.

My mechanics, sadly, closed shop. I was referred to Autohaus by my former mechanics and took my car in for AC issues. I am very pleased that I was referred to Autohaus and Autohaus is now my official mechanical shop. Carl, Linda and Victor and their staff are very cordial and efficient. It's a wonderful feeling to fear not when turning your car over for repairs. I can breathe easily knowing that I won't be ripped off. Thank you, Autohaus!! Update: I went back over time for various issues and spent thousands of dollars there. The moral of the story without what would be boring details to the readers is #NeverAgain.

Took my truck in after getting a estimate from another shop that seemed too high. They corrected what was missed/added on my original estimate so I ended up spending half of what I expected for the work I actually needed. Carl and Sean explained everything. I will never go to another mechanic for as long as I live in Jacksonville. The staff here are friendly and really look out for the customers. Carl and his staff have doctored my VW back to life, and are not charging me for things that are not relevant or that I don't need (as the dealership ALWAYS does). They are honest and are skilled at their trade. I am very thankful that I found them, and have recommended all of my family and friends go there! You will not be disappointed.

I've been going to Autohaus for years. They are the only auto repair shop I trust. Every now and then for oil changes I just go to my local dealer for a quick oil change. I told them that I was having some engine trouble and if they could give me a diagnostic I'd appreciate it. They came back with a $4,000 diagnostic. I reached out to autohaus to get a second opinion. Not only was the original diagnostic that the dealership gave me wrong, But the true issue was significantly cheaper to fix thanks to autohaus doing their due diligence to find the real problem. I can always trust them to give me honest answers with honest quotes. They really put in the extra effort to make sure that I was getting a good part for the best price. I am so grateful to them.

Great auto repair. Carl (the owner) is a personality to be experienced. They do not try to sell you things that do not actually need to be done. If they tell you something needs to be done they back it up with facts and demonstrations. They honestly back up their work! Not the cheapest place but the quality of work is worth the little bit extra. Because they are good, it may be a little while to be able to fit you in. Best to get an appointment.

February 2023 and nothing changed still old school. December 2022. While it may take Carl a little longer to do a repair it's always done right. My AC compressor went...not Carl's fault as he did it right. Even though it was slightly past warranty Carl did all the replacement work at no charge including checking my steering. Autohaus is an old school garage so don't expect all the fancy things just good old boys repair shop. This was my husband's first visit to Autohaus a car repair place. He needed his AC checked in his 87 MC SS and since it uses R-12 Freon this was the only place that could address the repair after calling several places. First this is not a fancy place, it is old school down and dirty fix it place with a dozen cars outside waiting to be worked on. On the scale of 1-10+ the waiting area is a 2 but the work, knowledge about cars and honest pricing is a 10. He spoke with Carl the owner who explained what needed to be done. From there Carl also suggested a better and less expensive fix for a door hinge problem as well as cleaning of the AC filter and ducts. From there we found out they can also do a dashboard replacement plus a few other things that we were planning to do once we found someone qualified to do it. Folks my husband is a car guy and if he suggests a place I for one would consider what he says as he is going back and am sure he will be pleased with the results.
