Went by to get a fan clutch put on my truck. I am from out of town and clutch went out. It’s a two hour by the book job. They told me they had to charge 6 hours labor because they’ve never done one before. Took to another shop down the road and they knocked it out in less than 2 hours. Would not recommend this shop for anything

These guys rock. Family business that will go the extra mile. I came in around 2pm and by closing time they replaced my condenser and replaced some missing bolts that made everything more secure. My little dog nipped the mechanic on his stomach when reaching into my truck to check the ac . I felt horrible but due to the minor bite he shrugged it off and assured me he was OK. Bad doggie. Very pleasant staff and minus the dog bite I will return in the future . Thanks guy's.

Very unreliable I’m not sure if this is because of the color of my skin because they definitely didn’t have a problem with the color of my money! Major rip off! They didn’t fix my truck they only made matters worse with extreme repair delay and then incorrect assembly . That Trey will definitely lie and give you the run around. I suggest having a witness with you and obtaining something in written form. John and his Wife is nice people just bad systems and the wrong people within they business.

Worst shop to get your truck repair from avoid them and save your money they dishonest and don’t know what they are doing I had a clutch replace it cost me over 6k just to brake down 2 miles from their shop for the same problem after I pick up the truck. So I called them they show up do some bypass take it back the shop then charge me more money to repair it again I paid them get the truck 100 miles later truck was doing the same thing took it to Freightliner they say I have to replace the clutch again because the other shop didn’t change the clutch.

They were supposed to put a transmission in my truck. They over charged me so I bought the transmission and clutch and the parts and ship it to them. They told me the labor was $1,100. After they finish the job the bill in up being $1,803.00. They didn’t tighten the yolk up. It came a loose and broke some gears in it. Save yourself the trouble and find some other Shop! They ain’t worth it! Cost me more money! Bad business! I really don’t want to give them 1 star

Awful customer service! Horrible repair skills! This company is loyal to their employees rather than the customer! My company trusted their mechanic Trey with one of our trucks and we will never make that mistake again! I was assured by Trey that our vehicle would be under repair for two weeks. Not only was that a lie with repairs taking 2 MONTHS but the original problem STILL occurred. Not to mention that failure to handle the job quickly and the right way resulted in an even bigger issue. We may even have to down right replace the truck with a new one! My company is beyond disappointed with our experience and the run around I received along with other personnel could honestly be written as a book! It’s now clear that time and money will be wasted with their business. I will definitely be reporting this to the better business bureau and taking legal action. If you’re thinking about this place for service DON’T - atleast not without a recorder because Trey WILL DEFINITELY LIE AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND WHILE TAKING YOUR MONEY

Just like previous reviewer stated this place is a complete ripoff and this is aside from the complete disregard for clients time. Showed up at 9am needing an axle for my utility trailer (Single Axle). After hours of waiting and waiting they finally send out for the axle at 2:30pm, part shows up at 4pm and they have it installed by 4:50pm. They then have the audacity to say they will only charge me for 3.5hrs of labor. Total charged, $1000 to replace a $179 single axle for a utility trailer!!!. Over $700 in supposed miscellaneous parts and labor. Which was literally under 2 hrs total to remove and install new axle. I know I stood there for the 8 hours they stalled me for!!! The icing on the cake is after it is all said and done I ask about warranty and they’re response was “We’ve never had any issues, any problem give us a call”!!! If you’re idea of warranty is word of mouth then you would love to spend your thousands of dollars at this place. When I stated I know the part only costs $179, and I felt ripped off, I was told they gave me a good price and could have charged more. Grossly dishonest and I would go as far as calling them thieves. Avoid this place at all costs and support businesses that have a little more respect for their customers and won’t completely rip you off.

I took my truck for an egr valve replacement, this guys were very professional and I paid what I got quoted. Truck was done the same day, i did call a day ahead to make sure they were not to booked. This speaks highly of their business. I recommend this ship if you need work done in this area. They were fast and reasonable priced.

Very nice people, my only complaint is that I came to get an issue fixed, sat for 2 hours and never got a definite answer on what the issue was. I pretty much told them what the issue was and we made no progress in the time I was there. I went down the street with the same information and the truck was fixed within an hour. 3 stars for them being very nice!

I’m not gonna lie I was kinda skeptical after reading some of the reviews but you guys did awesome job!! The clutch on my Freightliner shifts smooth as butter after you guys replaced the clutch.I will recommend your shop to my trucker buddies out there...Thanks!!👍🏾
