★☆☆☆☆ Over charged for the service provided and parts price markup very high. Truck was in for clutch replacement and prior of that I did call Tom Neil to quote price on parts in need as follow:- OEM clutch $ 1,649.00 and installation kit OEM $ 625.17 and the total after taxes $2,445.66. Just for the clutch not OEM, but a refurbished by Alliance brand they charge me $3,150.00 a 91% markup from the OEM price, for the OEM installation kit $978.50 a 56% markup, 16 hours of labor for $2,000.00, flywheel resurface goes for $90.00 and was charged $175.00, clutch actuator calibration need to be done with the computer and goes for $150.00 but was charged $250.00, the engine back seal that cost $39.99 I had to pay $98.86. Everything was $6,652.36, after taxes a total $7,151.29 includind a 3.5% transaction fee if payment is with credit and or debit card. And they replied back in one of the reviews that what they charge is bellow from other repair facilities in the area... I even ask if possible to lower the markup price on the parts but the answer was sorry can't do. Stay away from this repair facility, they will take everything that they can without any mercy... how can a refurbished part cost 91% higher than an OEM??? STAY AWAY!!!

They came straight out..and were great to work with on the side of the road..accounting for my safety while doing the swap. Will keep their # handy in the event i need anything in the future.
