I had financial difficulties and Shawn was very nice and help me. Explain my van issues to me in a way i could understand. He even told me bring it back in a week 2 make sure it dont need nothin else. Im grateful 2 Shawn n da whole crew..So far my van is ok. Had work done here, thought they were a good place until I had another mechanic look at my car. The work that this company did a month or so ago, well they rigged it. It will be reported to my warranty company for sure. So don't use this place.

This is a 0 STAR RATING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They quote you a price for the issue, and they work on WHATEVER THEY WANT TO WORK ON, charge you for the work THEY DID and NOT WHAT YOU ASKED THEM TO DO AND YOU STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. I have a 2014 Ford Explorer XLT. It started missing and I had an engine diagnostic done. The #4 fuel injector was bad, we had not had a tune up done on the vehicle in the 4yrs we've owned it. So I told the mechanic to replace the 6 fuel injectors which was the main reason why I was there, and the 6 spark plugs. I didn't want to replace the ignition coil packs because they can be costly. The mechanic explained to me the process for changing out the 6 fuel injectors. They called me and said that my front brakes needed to be replaced so I said replace them. I drove the car this morning and it's still missing. I go back and find out that they replaced 6 spark plugs, 6 ignition coil packs and the front brakes. And they DO NOT DO FUEL INJECTORS!!!!! But you explained the process to me about how you replace the fuel injectors and THIS IS THE MAIN REASON why I allowed you to do the work at all. But now all of a sudden you don't replace FUEL INJECTORS AND YOU EXPLAINED THE PROCESS TO ME. THAT MATH AIN'T MATHING TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!! And you replaced parts that I DID NOT ASK FOR. I didn't ASK you to replace my IGNITION COIL PACKS, I ASKED you to replace ONLY MY 6 SPARK PLUGS. If you don't replace fuel injectors, just say so and I would have gone somewhere else that DID. I spent almost $2,000.00 on parts and labor for nothing. Especially for PARTS THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR. I ASKED FOR SPARK PLUGS, NOT SPARK PLUGS AND IGNITION COIL PACKS. So the mechanic doesn't work on Saturday, I'm an over the road truck driver and now I have to come back home during THE WEEK MESSING UP MY PAYCHECK to try and talk to the mechanic about getting some of my money refunded back to me for something that I didn't ask for. When I brought my car to Precision Tune, I literally just got home within an hour of bringing my car to them. I had a lot of errands to run, I was quoted a price, the mechanic ran my credit card for a deposit of the quoted price and I left the vehicle there until it was ready. When I returned I had to pay for the front brakes since it wasn't originally in the initial quote. When I picked up my car and drove it home it ran fine with no issues. Until I got up this morning and started driving and it started missing, poor response on the acceleration, engine light on and flashing, and poor shifting. That's when I had to wait until 8am for them to open and bring my car back. To find out that the mechanic is off on Saturday and that they DO NOT REPLACE FUEL INJECTORS, and THAT WAS the MAIN REASON why I left it there with them. And for the store manager to TELL ME THAT THEY DO NOT REPLACE FUEL INJECTORS, I WAS LIVID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I'm at a repair shop that ACTUALLY DOES fuel injector replacement and have to spend another $1,000.00 plus taxes to ACTUALLY REPLACE my fuel injectors and pay an extra $150.00 for their diagnostic. And this 2nd location explained to me the EXACT SAME PROCESS THAT PRECISION TUNE HAD ALREADY EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT WAS REQUIRED TO DO THE WORK. That my cover had to be removed in order to get to the fuel injectors, and a gasket for that cover had to be replaced. And the book repair for the extimated time of repair is 2hrs. And would take a little bit longer because of the previous customers ahead of me. This is ALL of the EXACT SAME THING THAT HAD BEEN EXPLAINED TO ME BY THE MECHANIC AT PRECISION TUNE. All of my time and money could have been done at this 2nd location instead of Precision Tune. STAY AWAY FROM PRECISION TUNE, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS, and CROOKS, WORK ON WHAT THEY WANT TO WORK ON. They quote you a price for the issue that you report to them, and they work on WHATEVER THEY WANT TO WORK ON, charge you for the work THAT THEY DID and NOT WHAT YOU ASKED THEM TO DO AND YOU STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. I WILL BE GETTING IN TOUCH WITH THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE!!!!!!!!!

Scammers, Shaun the manager claimed he did all he could by putting my car in the garage and kept it safe. I left my job at 1am and I passed by and guess what? The car was in the same exact place he claimed he moved inside. He denied that he said those lies but little did he know I have witnesses because I hade him on speaker phone. Now, would you trust someone that you met for the first time and catch them lying ? He actually got upset at me because I caught him in a plain lye. So, took my car back because I don't trust Lyers...

The Manager and staff were thorough, I only came for an oil change after hearing they are different with services they offer, the best part of the service is that there was a safety inspection performed while the oil change process was perform and issues that I didn’t know about was brought to my attention!
