Our issue was a little complicated and at first Jimmy didn’t think the fix worked and offered up a few options but it ended up working a day later which was a relief! They do same day service which is awesome! The only downside is they close at 3:30 so it makes getting your car a little difficult if you work full time. Overall great experience

If your car has been worked on by any shop besides this one, don’t go here. I’ve never been but the shop I normally go to hasn’t been able to fix my ac. I told the man on the phone that the recently replaced the whole ac and he automatically cut me off and said he won’t work on cars that have had parts messed with by other people. Literally gave me no time of day and just told me to go back to them

This is not your drop it off at the dealer and wait a week operation. Jimmy runs his crew like a true professional and I’ll promise you there’s absolutely no better in the business. I watched them do what Ford said would take 12 hours, in 3, if not a little less. Don’t mess around if you want it done right and reasonable! These guys are great! They are honest, reliable and quick. They diagnosed my AC issue and replaced my evaporator Core in 4 hours. I had an issue with my traction control light coming on after the work and he told me to bring it back in very common issue when replacing the Evap core without asking any questions he knew exactly what it was. I recommend these guys to anyone.

Waste your time coming here if you want. I called yesterday and ask if they could work on my F350 van. Guy said yes. We should be able to do that, and to just come in at 7am. Today we took an hour to drive there. We pulled up promptly at 7am. "Jimmy" came running up to me as soon as I pulled in. He said "get that thing out of here. I CANT help you with that. Complete waste of time! Seems like unfortunately this guy has more than enough business, gets a bunch of vehicles lined up and picks the ones he feels like working on, and sends the others away. Very poor customer service.

I had called a few days prior stating my vehicle was having an issue with the AC, and I quote was told by him "to bring it first thing in the morning on a Monday morning and we'll check it out." The owner was not interested in running a diagnostic on my vehicle's AC because it wasn't "having issues" at the time I brought it in. I was told by him to "drive it around until it breaks because I don't have time to do that." Isn't it the job of a shop to run a diagnostic on a system to check out an issue the person is having with their vehicle instead of dismissing them as if they are inconveniencing him... not exactly my idea of how a business should be run and how potential customers should be treated.... they need to do better. It's sad really....

Leaving a review after having had service completed on my vehicle last week. My Kia Optima AC stopped blowing cold, so I brought it in for a diagnostic and potential repair. Fixed same day and blowing so cold that I found myself turning the temp dial up on my drive home. Dan's opens at 7am, but I stopped in around 6:45am because I called the day prior to confirm that they weren't too busy. Even when I showed up there was already 2 or 3 other customers ready. In my mind, it was a testament to how many people are trying to get their car seen by the auto shop. So, if you're looking to bring your car in, I recommend calling ahead to find out if they service your vehicle type and if they have availability. Jimmy called me about 1 or 2 hours later to let me know I had a bad compressor that needed to be replaced, amongst a few other components that routinely get replaced together. I greenlit the repair and picked up my car that same day. Thanks Jimmy and thanks Dan's Auto Team!

Needed AC work on my 4Runner which is a big job I learned . Toyota dealers wanted to gauge Me and other places wouldn’t or couldn’t do the Job . I called and talked to Jimmy who explained the issue and even quoted me a very reasonable price . I dropped vehicle off Sunday night and truck was done Monday afternoon . Excellent Job and recommend to all you 4Runner pilots out there and anyone driving a hot vehicle due to bust AC 😎

Not friendly. Called to have A/C replaced. I ordered the compressor myself as soon as I said I have parts on hand he cut me off and said “can’t do it. We don’t use other peoples parts” then hung up. Zero customer service. Can’t rate his work, but is very a rude man. Goodluck

Air conditioner wasn’t working in my 2017 Silverado so I dropped by Dana Auto Air for an assessment. There were vehicles everywhere so I figured I’d be waiting a while. I walked in the office and told Jimmy what was going on. He said it could be one of a few things. He made a quick assessment and told me he had the part in stock. My truck was ready by lunch time! When I went to pick it up I noticed all the trophies mounted in the office. We talked about the game parks in South Africa. And to my amazement Jimmy knew about Reunion Island! Not many people do! I highly recommend.

Dropped my truck off at 7am. They called me at 8am with only a $25 diagnosis. Said what was wrong and how much it would cost to repair. Told me I could get a second opinion. I didn't need one. They have been in the same location for over 50 years. That speaks to their professionalism and respect for their customers. Parking lot was full of vehicles needing repairs. My truck was ready by 1pm the same day for less than half what the dealerships are charging. I asked how were you able to repair 18 vehicles in one day and with a 1 year warranty. The answer was simple. We only do one thing (repair ac) and do it with pride!!!!

I’ve been going to see Jimmy for over 20 years and have never had a problem. I took my 92 Chevy 1500 today to have defroster worked on. When Jimmy got there he told me he couldn’t work on it because they didn’t work on anything under 1996 because it’s extremely hard to get parts for them. He wasn’t rude at all and I understood why. I’ve seen a few people giving Dans a bad review if they couldn’t work on their vehicle. If they can work on it they will, if not then there is a reason why. And it was my fault because I never called to ask about it first. Don’t be giving businesses bad reviews on something that is your fault or just because they can’t work on it.
