I was told by another repair facility there was a crack somewhere causing an oil leak I called and spoke with the owner he told he didn’t think that was accurate and told me to bring my car to him he didn’t charge me anything he advised there was no leak and that the prior repair facility didn’t install the washer on properly and added another quart of oil to my car! He and his wife are excellent

I moved to Jax from Atlanta, leaving behind excellent service at RBM. The dealers here aren’t as good. A friend recommended Herndon’s and they are fantastic. Factory trained, fully equipped and above all honest. I have 3 Mercedes and they service then all. Finding an honest and good mechanic when you move is as important finding a doctor and dentist. If you have a MB, look no further.

I had heard of this shop and Tom for many years. Finally this month when my 2007 E320 had major diesel smell and smoke issues I took the vehicle to him. This was after a $250 diagnosis from the dealer which Tom challenged just by looking at the diagnostic video from the dealer. Once I got the car over to his shop he was able to quickly diagnose the actual issues. I trusted him with my vehicle just thru phi e conversations. Amazingly polite guy and everyone I spoke to at the shop was very courteous. Hediagnosed all the issues that needed correction and gave me choices as well as explained the urgency on each fix. Very responsive to all my questions. Was very conscious of the duration of the repairs and kept me appraised on the timeline. He has found a new and permanent customer in me. Both my Benz's will be going to his shop this point forward for all needs.

Was greeted and welcomed to the facility. Tom was my service writer and got my car in and on the lift in less than a half hour. Problem was diagnosed and parts and costs were given. Will go back in 48 hours after parts arrive and have repairs made. After safety inspection and COVID wipe down by Kriss I was on my way. Very professional and fair pricing!

I stopped today to see Tom the owner mechanic in the same time. i wanted to show him the noise coming from mu timing belt pulley. he stepped out side and told me leave the car here or have an appointment so i can check it and find out the prize. i said i cant leave the car since i don't have a ride. he stated ok call us set up an appointment speaking to me with attitude. Tom was very disrespectful. i was there at the shop with him and he want me to call lol that makes no sense. he might be a great mechanic but important to survive in the business is costumer service the way you respect and treat your costumers. him and his wife have no clue. i will never go there is plenty of Mercedes mechanics in Jacksonville already. i went to JJauto they treat me correctly and reasonable price maybe cheaper than Tom.

Amazing, high quality service! They go above and beyond! I needed a part that was going to take a month to get. They called around to their contacts and were able to get the part in less than a week when most places would've just waited. Being I have an older model diesel, they still took the time and care they would've with any other car. You can tell when you speak with them that they care and are passionate about what they do. Not to mention, they aren't gonna beat you in the head with the price. They are extremely reasonable.

They are only getting the 1 star because google will not allow you to submit 0 stars. Do not be fooled by the reviews on here. The customer service is absolutely the worst I have experienced. Especially in times where people are selective on where they will spend money. The lady who answers the phone, I'm assuming Tom's wife is a detriment to his business. I heard so many great things about Tom but unfortunately his other half has ruined the experience altogether. Do not waste your time. I will make it my business to make sure I refer no one here ever.
