Went In for a courtesy check. Technician did his job but did not reinstall parts that were clearly in tact before vehicle was submitted to them. My tail light housing nearly fell off my vehicle less than a hour after receiving my vehicle back. The only people who did their job correctly was sales manager. I would hugely recommend anyone to visit another location. My advice to general management? Fire your techs. Those guys are not professionals.

Friendly staff who all know their stuff. Marcus was a Godsend he thru the entire visit. The lobby was clean and inviting. i founfd rhe enrire staff to be kind and thoughtful to my needs. Not too many repair shops make you feel at ease, when I left I felt like I was one of the family. I will be back for my oil change, which Marcus rememded me was due. Thanks guy!

I thought I’d give them a second chance but once again they tried to charge me services that my car didn’t need. It’s really sad that places continue to lie in order to make money. They actually did me a huge favor by telling that my car needed a repair that was done recently and by a good mechanic. Even though I purchased life time services with my tire purchase, I will pay someone else to prevent being lied too. Actually brought my car to the place with no warning lights on and got down the road and my tire sensor light was on. They do sell tires right lol

Never EVER EVER EVER take your car there! EVER! MY A/C didn't work for months. The check engine light never came on. I took it to Firestone, they did a recharge, it stopped working after two days. I their defense they said it could be a leak. BUT the very next day, my CHECK ENGINE light came on. I assumed it was because of the A/C. At the time I couldn't afford the $1500 quote so I kept driving my car without the A/C. a few months later, it began to run hot. I took it back to Firestone and they said it was a coolant leak that destroyed my thermostat. They charged me $1100 to repair the leak. Upon picking up my car, I asked the mechanic if the A/C was fixed, he replied that because they repaired the coolant system, they were REQUIRED to check the A/C and heat and BOTH worked. The A/C in fact wasn't working and there was NO CHECK ENGINE light on at the time I paid and picked up my vehicle. BUT one day later, the CHECK ENGINE light came on AGAIN! I called and spoke to the manager in reference to the mechanic telling me the A/C should be working. He explained that what they repaired was a different issue and the A/C did not work. I would still have to pay $1500 for that repair. After a lengthy conversation I understood they repaired the coolant system and replaced the thermostat, not my A/C BUT now my CHECK ENGINE light was on AGAIN for a different issue!! I took it to Advanced Auto for a diagnostic and it's a canister issue. I am CONVINCED that they are breaking a different part when they look at vehicles to keep customers coming BACK! EVERY SINGLE TIME I have taken my car in, the CHECK ENGINE light comes on ONE day later for a DIFFERENT issue!!! The manager is extremely defensive and doesn't even attempt to accept responsibility. Even if he doesn't know what is going on with the vehicle. Never EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER take your car there!! If you do. PAY ATTENTION to your check engine light and the DIFFERENT issues that follow after your visit!!!!

I went in on 2/28 because my car was overheating, was told my car will be lookes at the next day but later an hour begore closing i was told that i needed to replace my thermostat and get a coolant flush. I asked how much this will cost me and was told $1204. I hung up and contact my boyfriend who advised me that they were taking advantage of me and cause i am a woman and to get my car. O contact Firestone and was told that he will be getting with his manager about pricing and then was told $700 at this point i didnt get anything done because i felt like they was ripping me off. So i went the next day to pay whatever i had to pay for them looking at my car, was charged $32. I had my car towed back to my home where i had some replace my thermostat and i scheduled a coolant flush with someone else. Also when i went thru my email to see the report they sent me, they never mentioned that they recommend i get my thermostat replaced or coolant flush, they listed the only issue with my car was that i needed a oil change, which i had a oil change on 2/08. I recommend that if you are a woman for the Firestone on Blanding that you take your husband or someone with you that knows about cars cause they will try to overcharge you

Tanyita Stacy was the customer who replaced her tires with 4 new tires on a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe SUV and an oil change. Marcus and Brandon were amazing, very attentive and honest. Best Firestone I have been to yet! No lines, quick and easy. They took care of my alignment and oil change with in I think 45 minutes. I was in and out so quick and I loved every second. I’ve never had quicker service than this place with Firestone anywhere in the United States and I’ve traveled all over. But this Firestone in my opinion was the best yet hands down.
