When we arrived at this location, we found out that we had made our appointment at the Firestone further down the road. This was our mistake but they were more than happy to fit us in. Ofcourse without an appointment you will have longer wait times, again our fault. That being said, we had planned of dropping it off for the day so it wasnt really an issue.
When they began to work on our vehicle they called us and explained all the other things that they noticed needed work. They did not pressure us at all into the extra work but instead worked with us on a plan to return in the future to address the mentioned repairs.
All in all great experience, my first time using Firestone for vehicle maintance. We will be back again to complete reccomended services.

Update coming soon once I pick up the truck and see what all they hit me with. I received exceptional service & support here in the most professional and punctual manner & I am super impressed! They were so busy but the service man remained cool calm and collected as other angry customers spoke rudely out loud then interrupted us twice but after me he treated her the same as he had me but I was mad for the guy!! The manager and him also stayed after closing to allow me the time I needed to get a ride back to pickup my serviced car with its new but under warranty tire! Thank yall soooo much!!

I have been coming to this Firestone location for 9.5 years. The staff is friendly and professional. As far as I can tell they have never tried to oversell services for my vehicles. They do great work and keep me informed of future maintenance items.
Marcus, Brandon, and the entire Firestone team at this location provide professional skilled service. My wife and I have been going to this location since we moved to Jacksonville in 2014. They are honest and reliable in their work.

I took my BMW X3 to 4712 Blanding street location on Wednesday June 19th for 9:00 AM appointment. The front office person told me inauthentic information twice. The 1st untruth was when I call at 3:30 pm to check the status of my oil change and was told several appointments showed up that day, and they would get my car in for service within 30 minutes. The second was when I showed up at the shop at 5 PM and was told they would get my car in within 5 minutes and gave another excuse as to why they had not completed my preventative maintenance. I refused service and took my car back. The next day the manager contacted me by phone and was insulted when I confronted him about the two previous lies I was told by the staff. I have previously purchased 2800.00 in tires from this location and that will be the last money I spend with Bridgestone automotive.
