You always will be satisfied with the service. They will put the parts on and not charge you for something they didn't do. Their customer service is so great. Just give them toy key and when you return you will be pleased. Most polite people I every dealed with.5 stars. I recommend this place.

This was my first and last time coming to this company. The manager Ceaser is very unprofessional and has horrible customer service skills. They will fix your car and won’t provide any updates. Also, cause my car to have more damages and refused to let me speak with technicians to get a better understanding of what was completed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP. We have two other shops that can assist with car that provides better customer service skills.

Their customer service is good but I scheduled an appointment and still had to wait. They charge $35 a day if you have to leave your car overnight. They no longer let you bring your own parts

I brought my car in to replace both front axles and both rear wheel bearings, along with diagnosing my check engine light. They finished the repairs quickly, and when I picked up my car it was driving like it was new! About a day or so later the check engine light came back on, I called them and they told me to bring it back in. They inspected the car again, at no additional cost, and discovered another part that needed to be replaced. The part came the next day and I brought the car back for it to be installed. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this shop! Tay and Cesar are very responsive and explain things clearly, mechanics do excellent work, and the prices are very fair. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality work done at a fair price.

Census Auto serviced my car on two separate occasions, and I was pleased both times. The highlight for me is the customer service, they are professional, knowledgeable and friendly (let's just say, Chick-fil-A has nothing on Census)!!! On my two visits, I never spoke with a mechanic... didn't really need to for two reasons, (1) the quality of their work is/was clearly obvious, and satisfactory upon leaving their shop and, (2) even though I didn't speak to the mechanics, it seemed as if I did because, the way in which the customer service people communicated the detailed information, my confidence in them increased weather in person or over the phone. Their prices are fair, and for me, I felt like they took more pride in providing good service, as oppose to trying to dig deep into my pocket! For any future auto work for me.... Census is where I'm going, AND YOU SHOULD TOO!!

I dropped my SUV off in the morning for an initial diagnostic of $99. I was ok with that as I was informed that it would go towards the cost of labor. A few hours later I received a call from the shop reporting that my car wouldn't start. Mind you, I have not had an issue with the car starting AT ALL! I asked well that's new, will you be able to diagnose why the car isn't starting. He said that I only authorized the shop for an 1 hour assessment of $99. In order to see why the car wasn't starting I would need to authorize a 2 hour assessment which was $190. I told them not to do anything, my husband will be there to pick up the car. My husband ask for the keys and immediately the car starts, no issue at all with the car starting. The worker had no response! I feel like they were trying to take advantage, hopefully not because I'm a woman! I took it to another shop that was able to diagnosis the issue that I was having (free of charge) and resolved the issue the same day. I'm very disappointed about the treatment here since they had such great reviews. Oh well...you live and you learn.

I have had my car for two years. I have been coming to Census auto since I had my car getting oil changes. Also they fixed another part on my car that was under warranty. They all are very nice and try to get you in and out. I have not had any bad experience as of yet but a small miss communication but it was fixed and my car was able to get the alignment. Gave a 4 star because the oil changes always take 1hr and 30 minutes even with an appointment. Never had to wait so long for a oil change. But other then that, I am a loyal customer and continue to stay that way .

This shop have excellent service and was very very detailed and honest about my vehicle repair. After breaking down the repairs I needed on my vehicle which was old that allowed me to make the decision if it would be best to have them do the repairs or do not move forward with the work and I choose not to move forward with the work. It is nice to find a repair shop that is just not about the money but is very much honest about the repairs. Good Luck

Appreciated how warmly I was greeted n the phone and in person. The tech listened attentively to my concern. The matter was addressed appropriately. I was able to call back to the shop and speak directly to the owner who described what I should expect following the service visit. He offered if it didn’t do what he described to immediately bring the vehicle and they would take care of it! He was attentive and patient with me even while I was going spastic! BUYER BEWARE- I believe this PLACE HAS CHANGED OWNERSHIP. Dropped my car off two weeks ago for the back tire and the smog light. They never called me to let me know what the issues were for days. For a week I had to repeatedly call for a status; only to be told they would call me back. They finally informed me that the back breaks/rotor and the thermostat needed to be replaced. I approved the service for $1,190. Go to pick my car up and neither the radio or the AC are working, I notice after I drive off. I turned around to return back to the shop. I determined after 15 minutes of fanagaling with my car dashboard that they had managed to damage or turn off the Cue system in my car. This system was working fine the day the tow truck driver dropped off the car. I know because when I started the car, the radio was so loud it startled me and the tow truck driver. When I go back and tell them that the Cue System is not working they told me ,"oh yeah the mechanic started the car, and the AC was blowing out so much air that he had to shut off the AC (which means it was working). I asked them how they could confirm the thermostat was fixed if the CUE system isnt working, no one could answer that question. The only way to turn on or adjust the AC is through the Cue. Also noticed they hadn't change the oil. So, I bring the car back on Wednesday as they requested. Again two days go by with no status or update. So, I call them. They inform me that the dash/Cue is broken and it will cost me $500 to fix. I tell them no because they broke it, so why would I pay them to fix what they broke. I asked them to change the oil and i will pick up the car. Only an idiot would pay someone to fix something that they broke (make it make sense). I go to pick my car up and the new owner is giving me the run around. I'm there first and he services everyone that arrived after me before me. Then he tries to tell me that he can't generate a receipt for my service (everyone else got a generated receipt) but I can pay him and drive back on Monday for my receipt. I feel this was because he saw cash in my hands. I told him that I need my receipt showing my payment. He finally generates my receipt so i pay and leave. I get in my car and notice that the dash say "change engine oil" but i just paid you $80 because you supposedly changed the oil. I understand that they can forget to remove the code from the car computer but I don't feel that is the case in this scenario. Please beware. This place in my opinion use to be reputable under the old management- not sure if that is the case now. I have been a loyal customer having paid them over $ 5,000 in the last 5 years if not more for car repairs. Please be careful and if something is not right report them quickly to the Better Business Bureau and post your reviews. Again i'm not sure if they are just sloppy with their work now or if it is a more serious matter. Either way these cars cost to much to fix so you need to give your money to people who perform quality service.
