Complete Bait and switch!!!! Brought my vehicle in to repair bumper and minor scratches and dings on the vehicle. Clifford game me a quote that looked good to fix vehicle with a new bumper. Noticed before I walked out that he gave me a quote on the wrong model car. Once he was able to pull up the correct vehicle my estimate was increased by $300. I was ok with that since the number wasn't originally caluculated on the correct vehicle. Clifford told me that my vehicle would be ready the following Friday (7 days). I received an email on Tuesday that The repairs would require an additional $120 for broken brackets. I agreed to proceed and confirmed that I would pick the vehicle up Friday. I received a call from Lisa on Wednesday that my vehicle was in the paint shop in line to be painted. I asked when my vehicle would be done. Lisa would not commit to a time frame, but would only say that my vehicle was in line to be painted and that she would call me on Friday with an update on whether I could pick my vehicle up or not. I never received a call on Friday and left a message asking what the status of my vehicle was. I had to call them Saturday morning to find out what the deal was with my car. Lisa answered the phone again and told me that the vehicle was still being painted and that she would call me later to let me know when it would be done. I told her that was not good enough and I needed a time commitment as to when the vehicle would be completed. She called me back an hour later to let me know I could pick the vehicle up at 1:30. Once I arrive to pick up my vehicle I was greeted by Clifford then brought out the original quote sheet to explain to me how he was able to save all this money because he was able to salvage the bumper. I asked Clifford why he would do that without consulting with me as the original quote was based off a new bumper. Clifford seem to be irritated that I would question him about that and I explained to him that I wanted to be able to make the decision on whether to have the current bumper fixed or stay with the new bumper. Given the choice I would've stayed with a brand-new bumper for resell value. I will never go back to this place again. I feel like I was completely bamboozled and Clifford used his ability to fix my bumper as a way to gain more profit rather then installing a new bumper. My final cost with the repair bumper was only $120 less than it would have cost me to have a new bumper. I am very disappointed that a local business would deceive a consumer in this fashion. Steer away from this place buyer beware.

Clifford and his team are exceptional! I had my SUV fixed at his shop in late 2014 and it was great! Unfortunately there was a problem with the paint and it started chipping off the bumper after only 6 months. I called Clifford and explained the situation and the only question he asked was "When can you bring it in?" I brought my vehicle in that same day, they fixed it and I had it back in less than a week (they had it over the weekend but was ready for pickup first thing on the following Monday.) That's what I call STELLAR customer service!

My experience here started with my friend recommended me to his friend Kevin and made the initial call letting kevin know that I needed assistance with my car . The dealership couldn’t and didn’t give me this much friendliness or even try to help they just wanted to sell me a new vehicle and buy my car for nothing. My car is only six years old and I’m going to drive it and kevin’s making sure that I get to drive it more and you’ll continue to work on my car now and I would recommend anybody going there matter fact, my dad‘s even going to go there for something now, so I highly recommend this business even the mechanics and Mcchanic I didn’t say that kevin took care of me, and I must say they were very reasonable, and they did not tries to overcharge me in anyway and I’m satisfied 100% for the service I got thank you Central Paint and Body thank you Kevin Len Caron

In the automotive industry today, you have to be careful with who you work with. There are plenty of shady shops who will over-charge for simple repairs and only have the profit in mind. After speaking with Clifford Gomes, he made sure his team would have my car looking brand new and was always communicating with me on the status. He even personally double-checked my car after completion to ensure his team did a great job. Now my car is looking better than before it was hit. I will NEVER go-to another collision place after seeing the great job him and his team did. Thank you to Clifford and Elizabeth and the rest of your amazing team for making my car look like a car should. Central Paint & Body is the RIGHT place, after a WRONG turn!

I had a fantastic experience with Central Auto - HONEST, good people and high quality work. Anthony and Jeremy both did an excellent job with repairs on my 2021 Bronco and were both upfront and honest with which specific dents were and were not in scope of our contract (even inviting me into the shop to review myself while repairs were underway) since aluminum is more difficult to repair than steel. The paint matching was done perfectly, and I believe pricing for the work completed was fair. 10/10 recommend this shop!!

I went to this shop for a minor repair. After making me wait for a long time they gave me a very high quote that didn't seem reasonable. These people are either unprofessional and don't know what they are doing or they purposefully want to rip you off. Either way they are not trustworthy to do business with. I took my car to another shop the same day. The job was done in a short time with a one tenth of the price that the other store gave me

I had an excellent experience with this place. They were able to take my car the same day I called, give an estimate on the spot. With other body shops I have used in the past they never got to my Car when they said which resulted in me having to rent a car twice as long. This place got the job done sooner than expected! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. I took my car here for a small dent repair. They tried to give it back with the job 1/2 done, they didn’t complete the door blend, and then created multiple new problems as they damaged the interior door panel prying it off, didn’t put the trim pieces back together correctly, oversprayed the area, and left my window covered in hand prints. When trying to work with them to finish the job and remediate the situation they were nothing but avoidant and rude. Especially Kevin the owner and the female who works at the front desk. It took them 3 more tries to finally get the panel replaced, get it put back together properly and to fix all the mistakes they made with the paint and clear coat. NOT ONE SINGLE TIME DID THEY APOLOGIZE FOR THE MISTAKES AND ALL THE INCONVENIENCE THEY PUT ME THROUGH. Would never use this shop again. They are incompetent at their jobs and extremely unprofessional .

Came to the shop because I needed to replace a grill on my 2025 Cadillac Lyriq. I brought my own replacement part (OEM) and they were very flexible with both prices and timeline. They didn’t waste my time trying to upsell me on anything and loved how straightforward they were. They had no problems with any of the sensors or the EV components. Enrique was really good about texting me pictures and updates. Will be coming to them for all my needs moving forward.

This is a terrible place to take your vehicle for paint/body work. If I could mark Zero or negative stars, I would. They couldn't paint a matchbox car properly. More than a month for a simple repair and it was done worse than poorly. The bonus was that rats ate the interior. (see photos) This shop will over spray the base and clear coats, and cannot assemble parts properly. (plan for a come back, one or more times) They cannot repair, only replace parts, and then it will still be performed incorrectly. They went through my entire vehicle, as in searched through it. At some point they drove 40 miles, used the jack, and chose not to put it back Do not use this paint and body shop
