Purchased the platinum interior and exterior clean for $36 and my car came back basically the same, They didn't vacuum the back or completely under the floor mats, dust and grime still on the dash and steering wheel, cup holders not touched, and it looks like they "kind of" swiped a rag over the doors and a couple other spots and that's it. I had to come home and just clean it myself. Waste of money and will not return here again.

You ask for in and out they never vacuum the back, and they skip a lot of spots in the car. I use them to rinse the first coat and go home and clean the rest. A year later they still suck. How you go through a car wash and still have dog shit in my wheels expensive especially when I have to go over what they didn't do. Again with in and out. I will go the distance to another car wash

Excellent experience. They clean your vehicle to perfection. My car had some pink residue left over from the wash the lady from the front desk noticed it and immediately notified the manager, he made sure the residue was completely removed and got a free wash afterwards.

Worst car wash in town. Took it there and elected for the “platinum in and out” option for $36 dollars, supposedly their best and most expensive option. This was suppose to be an interior/exterior clean (interior - included vacuum, carpet cleaning and your typical wipe down of the dash, steering wheel etc. exterior was suppose to be - full wash/polish/ tire shine.) however, upon getting the car back, the car was basically left untouched. The entire Interior was filthy, dust and debree everywhere. I fully understand it’s not a full detail, but the fact they didn’t even run a wet rag or an cleaner across the dashboard, cup holders, or steering wheel says it all. They simply sprayed down my weather tech mats and through them back in the vehicle (didn’t even reattach them to the hooks or vacuum underneath them. The exterior was not much better, rims were left filthy and many other noticeable blemishes on outside of vehicle. Buyer beware, avoid this place at all cost.

I don't know why I keep giving this place money. After getting the full in and out service my car might be 25% cleaner than it was. I had to drive my car back home just to clean it myself. You'd think with five people working on your car it would be immaculate but the results are far from that. Done with this place.

Paid for the works in and out. Plus shampoo the rubber mats (extra $6). I specifically asked for the two back doors to be cleaned well. Well one was cleaned and the other not even touched! Seriously should have checked the doors before heading off to run my other errands. Always check.

Very rude woman who answered the phone with “Hello?” “Hello??”. Completely absurd and embarrassing way to answer the phone as a business, complete lack of professionalism, entirely bad at communication. Probably should get someone kinder and more focused on service to answer the phone.

$7 down the drain with not apology or correction from owners. Bay one's selector dial for the first pressure rinse doesn't work at all. You have to use the second selection for it to pressure rinse according to the owners. I put my initial set of quarters ($10) in started the soap brush and then when switching the selector switch to the pressure rinse nothing happened. Went looking for the owner while my $10 was being burned by the clock and he just said "Oh, you gotta use the second selector switch, turned it there himself and walked away. No apology. No refund. No concern for this broken machine issue! After unsuccessfully washing my car (not cash or quarters left to finish the job) fully due to this broken machine, I went and complained about losing $7 to the machine at the front desk. The cashier explained that some guy destroyed that bay about a year ago and that it was repaired but has always had the issue of the pressure wash not working since that time. While hearing this explanation, I waited for the owner for a few minutes to come out of his office but got so pissed off knowing that they were aware of the problem and did nothing that I decided it better to lose the $7 than argue with a careless owner. Makes me wonder how many others have lost money at this awful car wash. The most upsetting thing to me is that that knew about the problem and did not fix it at all allowing people to continue to use a broken money sucking machine!

Against my better judgement came here and got the works in and out. Outside they did a good job. Inside was a different story. Don’t waste your money here on inside cleaning.

Stick with their $7 exterior wash special and do the interior yourself. If you get the($18 In & Out) and actually expect them to vacuum the floor or clean the windows you’re sadly, mistaken. For someone that keeps their car pretty clean at all times. I can only imagine how people with dirty cars feel.

My husband and I been coming here for years but lately the service declined A LOT! Its terrible when there’s a lot of cars in line… this was an in and out I did 5 min ago, TERRIBLE, I would of done a better job myself and kept $18

Mutual Mini Mart, Gas & carwash on 250 Newport Ave (Rumford) has a big reputation of swirling and damaging wax finishes especially on black paint. HELL NO!!! Not on my car🙂↔️ I just go to Central Car Wash. NEVER HAD AN ISSUE & NEVER WILL. Best in the business. Great and affordable monthly plans.

I got a full service car wash. They did a good job, but I did expect the dashboard area and cup holders would be cleaned better than they were. I haven't been to this car wash in awhile, and was a little surprised at the $28 price for the in and out service.

I’ve had the monthly full service membership for almost a year now. It’s not supposed to be detailing just a decent pass over. Today I went and they did a poor job with the vaccum. Instead of just fixing it, they argued with me for at least 5 mins and insulted me saying “we can’t take 30 mins cleaning your car” as if that’s what I was implying. The manager went on to say your car will be better if you coming 3-4 times a week, as if I have nothing better to do than take my car to get cleaned every other day. They finally brought out a vaccum which only took about one minute. I will be cancelling my membership.

Hands down the best car wash around! From the moment I pulled in, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. They’re incredibly friendly, efficient, and you can tell they take real pride in their work. My car came out spotless—inside and out—and the attention to detail was top-notch. What really stood out to me, though, was the family atmosphere. You can tell this place is built on strong values—everyone treats you like a neighbor, not just another customer.
