I just picked up my Honda Accord sport from Ralph and Sons. I had gotten into an accident with my brand new car and honestly didn't know how to go about fixing it. I brought my car to Ralph and Sons and right from the start they were personable and professional. My stress was relieved. The recieptionist took the time to call the insurance company for me, she set up a rental car for me and also made sure it was covered. They made me feel like i left my car in great hands. They fixed my car quick and efficiently, and also went above and beyond by cleaning it in and out. I recommend everyone to go see them, they take great care of their customers.

I am so thankful for the referral I received from a friend to Ralph and sons they were a excellent choice. After my husband got into a accident I didn't no where to turn my insurance company was giving me the run around asking me do I think that the damages could be paid off by my deductible and I wasn't sure how much it would cost to be fixed. I talked to Pete at Ralph and sons and everything from there was smooth sailing putting my keys in there hands took a huge weight off my shoulders they got me into a rental and handled everything with the insurance company which kept my mind at ease when I received my car back it looked as if it had came off the lot I was very impressed with there professionalism, workmanship and friendliness of the staff if I ever get into another accident I know where to go Thanks very much for your services and I would definitely recommend you to my family and friends

I just picked up my car from Pete at Ralph & Sons Autobody after having some non-insurance (i.e., I paid) repair work (they replaced two rusted front fender panels) done. I couldn't be happier ! It's a true family business. They couldn't have been friendlier, more professional, and attentive to serving the customer's needs and requirements. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. Pete was always ready and willing to explain and educate. I came away with the feeling that he is really an honest guy. I highly recommend them; and definitely WOULD use them, should I need autobody work in the future.

There really aren't sufficient words to describe the exceptional service and quality of work my wife and I got at Ralph & Sons. We needed some extensive work on our Prius after my wife got hit by a Greyhound bus. From the very beginning, Peter and his team were attentive, assuring, transparent, and incredibly helpful. In a stressful process that no one wants to be dealing with, the folks at Ralph and Sons made sure to keep us in the loop at every step of the way. In fact, he heard more from them than our own insurance company. When we got our car back the work was truly immaculate; you would have no idea that the front end of my car had been mashed to pieces. Additionally, they handled returning our rental for us. It is clear that Peter and his team have a passion for cars and deep care for people. I cannot recommend this body shop enough!
