Prices are very high for the mediocre service they render. Once and then again they misdiagnosed my car's coolant problem, wasted a lot of my money and time. If you need to have your car fixed reliably, stay away from this shop!

These guys are amazing! The reviews here are definitely earned. Mickey is really a nice and honest guy. He repaired my 2007 Toyota Prius brakes very fast and very professionally. If you have a hybrid, this is definitely the place to go. Saved a lot of money and quality work.

Central Florida Hybrid Auto Repair was one of the best experiences I've ever had with getting work done on a car! They were friendly, informative, prepared with my calling ahead to describe the issue, and very fast! Everyone we interacted with was really nice and helpful and they tested afterwards and made sure my car was safe to drive. They also had the nicest bathroom I've ever encountered in any automotive place and clearly take pride in the presentation of their office. This place is awesome!!!! I have had engine work, brake work and other stuff and they have saved me a ton of money. They are the best with their work, prices, customer service and anything you ask for or inquire about. They are 1/2 the price of what other places and dealerships price for the work. They know Hybrids for sure cause each time I have work done my hybrid is good to go! I recommend them over the dealership or most other shops anytime!!!

I was also referred here by a friend. My car is a 2018 Cadillac XT5, and the dealership quoted me $2,700 for the repairs. In the end, Micky took care of everything for just $600! The gentleman I spoke to one the phone was very knowledgeable. He was very patience with me while I asked so many questions. Even being 15min late do to traffic he got my car in the shop and started getting it repaired. He introduced himself..I can't remember his name I'm horrible with name and explain everything to me. This was worth the 2hr and 45min drive to fix my Pruis ABS issues. We definitely will be coming back in the future for more work done. I felt comfortable and again amazing place!

Mickey was incredibly helpful in assisting me with my 2012 Toyota Prius today. The inevitable decay of the hybrid battery is what most owners dread as it can be one of, if not, the most expensive fixes for these types of vehicles. 🔋 Instead of a full replacement Mickey was able to change out a few cells of my current battery at a fraction of the price. 👌 He was very open with his knowledge regarding Prius models happily answering any question I had & gave me recommendations & estimates for future services I had in mind. 🚗 Genuinely good guy & great place. Very pleased with the outcome. 🤝 Edit/Update: I've been coming here for over a year. Mickey, JC, Juan, Moses, & the rest of the crew are all excellent, good hearted people. They've always helped me out when I was in a pinch or given me suggestions on what I can do to fix/prevent any new problems that may arise. Not a lot of people work with hybrids or specialize in the way these guys do. Their prices are incredibly fair compared to the bigger name franchises who will often charge you hundreds or more just to diagnose the problem. Highly recommended if you're a hybrid / EV owner. 🤘

This business easily gets a 10 star rating from me. They take “going above & beyond” to a whole new level and deserve every bit of praise. I can write a whole book on how Mickey treated me like a friend from the first phone call I made to his shop, till I drove off of his lot — but I’ll try to keep it short. I got screwed and bought a car which ended up having a bad motor. I got estimates from tons of shops who either couldn’t do the work “because it’s a hybrid” or wanted to charge me insane amounts!! Mickey took me in, gave me an unrealistically great price, and then further discounted it when he learned of my story and struggle with the unlucky purchase. All work was done with exceptional quality, professionally, quickly, and I was always updated with phone calls and picture and video messages. When I came to pick up the car I was treated like a guest and a friend. He took an extraordinarily generous amount of time to show, explain, and educate me on all things Prius. The facility was BEAUTIFUL. Extremely clean inside and out, beautiful clean shop with quality epoxy flooring, the office and seating area was TOP NOTCH with classy and comfy chairs, furniture, and decor - far better than I’ve ever seen at any shop. The facility was buzzing with clean cut hardworking staff, men and women, everyone was professional and nice. He gave me crazy good deals on some parts that I was in need of for my car, and even threw in a bunch of free stuff like relay covers, tow hook covers, some electronics that I needed. They also have free Loaner cars for special accommodations whaaatt? That is something. This business is just incredible and I tip my hat to everybody who works hard and makes this place function the way that it does. I will make sure to always bring back my business — extremely highly recommended to all.
