Tengo muchos años viniendo a éste dealer. Son amables, tratan de proveerte una guía para tú auto, algunos de ellos están dedicados a proveerte un mejor servicio. Como es normal, es de humanos cometer errores. Hace 5 meses vine por un servicio regular de mantenimiento, cambio de aceite y la inspección normal que conlleva a las millas que tiene mi auto. Pues el mecánico que lo revisó se le olvidó poner líquido de frenos en la reserva y anticongelante en el contenedor de la reserva. Maneje normal y a los 2 o 3 días después, la computadora del auto me indica la insuficiencia de líquidos. Pagamos el servicio 😡, y sobretodo confiamos en que lo hagan bien. Sólo deseo que esos pequeños detalles los corrijan. Es una compañía muy grande como para darse esos lujos como errores. P.S. Algunas de las veces a los mecánicos se les olvida actualizar a los sensores😒😒😒😒😒👋👋👋👋👋👋👋👋👋

Horrible. My check engine light turned on. I drive in and I was told to leave my car for two weeks because it's first come first serve because they only have one technician and you can't make an appointment.

Came here for the check engine light and instead of fixing it they fixed and did more stuff then expected and they charged a lit bit and they did the tune up and my car now goes faster then ever

A diagnostic shouldn’t take more than a few hours. They wanted my car for “a few days” just to check the 12 volt battery and back door. They’re running a clown show here. 🤡 Worse is that a rental is Not provided until this diagnostic is done. If you are someone who has to work, avoid this place. Across three days my car was there a total of 18 business hours and it wasn’t seen at all. 👎 Bonus: tell the staff to look Alive.

Terrible service took months to fix my brand new ford lightning. Returned it dirty, stole my glasses and ignored calls when I was trying to check the status of the vehicle. I’m just trying to raise awareness so no one else waste their time with this unprofessional establishment.

I took my truck for regular maintenance. When waiting I started to have a conversation with a older man. He looked like a maintenance crew member.. while having the conversation "Jaime" a heavy set man very rudely interrupted calling him over.. not even excuse me or asking nicely for whatever he needed.. anyways I think Jaime needs to go back to school and learn his costumer service and how to talk to his elders. That's the only reason I gave a 1 star. Has nothing to do with the business it's all about Jaime.. if the company want better reviews should consider having Jaime taking 101 customer service program to learn how to talk to people or just get rid of him...everyone i talked to were 5 stars. Like Ivan. And also I never like to post anything..but I hate it so much seeing a hard working person being treated so bad by another employee not even a manager.

Transparency Concerns as Warranty Ends We were quoted $750 by Ford Central Service for an EGR sensor replacement. They told us that the EGR sensor caused the emission sensor to fail—an odd claim, since our research shows EGR sensor issues don’t typically cause emission sensor failures. Notably, the emission sensor is covered under California’s emissions warranty. The biggest concern arose when we contacted Ford directly. While there was no recall, Ford did agree to cover part of the cost—$300 or $350 (we can’t recall the exact amount). That left us with a $250 bill. But when Ford contacted their own service center, the center stated the total cost should have been $550—meaning there’s an unexplained $200 discrepancy. We suspect this may have been an added charge tied to our request for a loaner car, which was ultimately denied after Ford got involved. As our vehicles age out of warranty, we’re finding it harder to trust this service center. When they were our favorite. We hope they improve transparency around pricing and service recommendations going forward.
