I was rear-ended pretty darn hard and Central Oregon Auto Body did the repair. They were ALWAYS pleasant and available when I had questions, fast to get it on the schedule and worked well with the insurance company. After a little glitch the owner went above and beyond to rectify the situation and even did some parts ordering over the weekend when they were closed. I really had a perfect experience getting my car fixed here - it’s always frustrating being hit (while parked no less), but COAB was thorough and professional and on the lower side of estimates. The level of service and competence at COAB is exceptional! I had a very complicated situation with my vehicle and insurance, and Jacob and JR had my back throughout the entire process. My insurance was trying to cut corners, and COAB spent countless hours coming to my defense to ensure I got the best deal. I cannot thank JR and his team enough for their incredible hard work and amazing customer service throughout the entire process of fixing my car after an accident. Dealing with someone else's insurance and finding a covered auto body shop was quite a hassle, but I'm so glad I found Central Oregon Auto Body. When I called several places, JR was the only one who answered the phone and accommodated me on short notice, despite their busy schedule. True to his word, he completed the repairs within the promised timeframe and kept me informed throughout the process. The team was exceptionally communicative, which I appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised when JR personally called me to inform me about a betterment deal for my tires. He assured me he would handle the reimbursement process with my insurance company. They truly went above and beyond, making my car look brand new. The before and after pictures speak for themselves. Numerous issues with them. I paid my deductible which was 30% and I did. The other party involved in the wreck did not pay their deductible so they say I owe them money when I called back to say the painted my seat, which they certainly did. Said they would give me 200 for detailing even though you can't wipe paint off. Don't create a headache for yourself just go somewhere else

Excellent service and quality A deer took out my mint condition 2023 Forester. COAB was able to quickly get me in for an estimate. They coordinated with the insurance adjuster, scheduled the work….and delivered a finished product two weeks earlier than anticipated. I’m sure some of that was the current workload being light. Regardless, i’m thrilled with the quality and the execution. Brad was a pleasure to work with; he explained everything very clearly. I’d recommend COAB to anyone needing repair work.

The team at COAB were outstanding from start to finish. My brand new Silverado was rear ended with under 1,000 miles on the truck. My truck was to be in an Auto show within a month and the team accomplished the goal if having it repair before that show. They worked with the insurance companies, who were trying to give me Non-Original parts, to get me all original parts again. A no brainer for a brand new vehicle. The owner even drove all the way North of Seattle himself to pick up the bed side panel.. the only one available in the region. This act alone got me up and running very quickly to be ready for the auto show and to be back on the road quickly. The whole team was great. Especially Brad who was very communicative and kept me in the loop all the way around. They also help me get an adequate rental vehicle for my size of family when insurance was trying to do the bare minimum that wouldn't even fit my family of five. Its been about 8 months now and their repairs and paint jobs are holding up perfectly. 5-Stars and I will be returning for any future needs!
