Century 1st auto body made what could have been a daunting experience a very wonderful experience. They work expeditiously and had ordered parts for my car the same day it was dropped off post collision. Valeria is so sweet and always accessible with any questions or concerns regarding the process including the car insurance aspect. David takes his time to call and update about twice a week about the repairs process. He was able to locate and order a part for my car that was hard to find bc the car was new. They fixed my car about one week ahead of time which of course made me ecstatic! They are overall a friendly and an amazing team that do quality work

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to make an exception for this experience. I have a brand-new 2024 Kia Forte GT-Line, so I was a bit nervous about having it repaired anywhere other than the dealership. But when I saw my car after the work was done, I was absolutely blown away. The team here is incredible. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, and my car was finished even earlier than expected. It looked as good as new—honestly, I was beyond impressed. If you’re hesitant like I was, don’t be. You have nothing to worry about. I’m extremely happy with the results and just had to share my experience.

I picked the car up for my daughter. We experienced professional Customer Service with David H. and Melanie. David communicated via telephone and email. I appreciated that the office and lobby were clean and comfortable. I feel the team at 1st Century was thorough in the work order, right down through the extra care service of interior cleaning. I was in tears to learn that the car I passed by with the “Big Red Bow” that look so great (I did not recognize) it was my daughters’ car! What raw emotions! Excellent service. They did a great job on my white ford f150. They made my door n fender look brand new. There was a concern about blending the old with the new. They buffed out all the areas surrounding the repair including over half of the truck going above and beyond. Making the whole truck look new. See Greg the owner if any problems or concerns. He will put in contact with the a top notch manager of the shop name Jim. Totally professional and will make sure you are satisfied. These are seasoned professionals. They know their job very well.

Raphael Alarcon is the best customer service man EVER! And a new friend! Had a bad collision on 105, stuck in middle of fwy during rush hr. Finally after a few hours had van pushed off fwy by CHP. Phone was dead, van battery was dead, i was wore out. This guy backs up to my van & im think what is this guy doing? He gets out starts talking, im thinking this is strange. But he kept talking, I was seriously tired and everything was going wrong and he did appear genuine but i was still skeptical I just went with it, even after he had a tow truck coming i was still having my doubts. He did show plenty of proof but I was still skeptical, people just aren't like this anymore. Well, yes some people are still like this and Raphael Alarcon is one of them, he's the real deal, he stuck with me all the way through this mess i was in. We had some really good conversation while he was keeping me company waiting for a tow truck, it was several hours and he even drove me home himself, I should of offered him gas, I was so tired I didn't think of it. He took care of the tow, storage, called me the next day asked how i was and explained a few things to me. He was awesome, he saved my but. I really wish more people were like him, it's so sad I had to be so skeptical with such a really good person. Thank you Raphael! Thank you Century 1st, I sure hope the rest of your team is like Raphael. God Bless!

I took my car to Adam he contacted me about my car being hit when I was parked on the street he was very communicative I traveled outside of town to go see my mom for a couple weeks he took care of everything it was an insurance claim he contacted my insurance company he was in contact with me he kept me updated the whole time I just got back this past Saturday and he was still in communication with me he kept me up to date answered all my questions took care of my wife since I couldn't be there was able to get her an Uber back to the house to get dropped off and after that we dropped off the rental car and then he still got her back over to the place to pick up the car the car looks amazing. Our car is flawless when I came out of the shop it looks a feels like a brand new car that just came right off the lot from the dealership again he even wash the outside of the car vacuumed out the inside this looks brand new no dents no scratches I wish I could put more than just a five star rating on this because I would definitely put more I will always recommend people to bring their car to him he will always take care of it

Jon and Everyone at this shop were very friendly and professional. Communicated clearly and were easy to get a hold of, they called me and kept me informed throughout the whole process. They gave me a great quote to fix some minor damage on the bumper of my car. Had it done a day earlier than expected which never happens. Car looks amazing! The owner Greg introduced himself and explained the process behind what they did to fix my car. They have state of the art equipment to ensure that they have your car back to brand new. They had someone follow me so l can drop off the rental car and than go back to the shop. I will never take any of my cars to another shop. This is the one do not waste your time at other places

Highly recommend Century 1st auto body shop! I brought my Lexus all the way from Redondo Beach, and the experience was absolutely worth it. Their customer service was exceptional—completely stress-free, very responsive, and their weekly updates and progress reports were phenomenal. My Lexus looks just as good, if not better, than when I first got it from the dealer! I am beyond thrilled with Jim and his team and the craftsmanship they put into my car. Everyone here was so amazing! I personally talked to Saby the most and he was so kind. I explained that I didn't have coverage for a rental and he said they would expedite the process for me as best he could. I came in one day looking for my house keys cause thought I left them there and multiple people started helping me look out front. They had to replace pretty much the whole front of my car and it looks incredible! The work is good and the people are even better! If you need work done on your car GO TO THEM.
