I was in a car accident. It took two weeks to get my car in. They have had my car 3 weeks. My car still isn't ready. I would give a 0. But you don't have that option. I will never chose this place for any car services. 👎🏿👎🏾

I took my car in to be painted my insurance paid for it I paid my $500 deductible and when I finally got my car back over a month later and Remember they been paid in full I find all kinds of flaws. See what this place don't know is I've Painted LOT'S OF CARS IN MY LIFE TIME. As I walked around car I started to notice they most likely just wet sander the parts that needed to be painted and sprayed new paint. You my ask your self how would I know? We real simple. All the dings are still there they never used any Bondo they just sprayed paint hoping it would cover up any and all dings. Now my rear taillight is not even put back together right and missing parts, am still waiting for my front light after the manager told me at the beginning" o ford don't like to just send 1 part they wait until they have a big load to bring" but then came back later and said " they couldn't find just one so they had to order both" 2 months later YES STILL WAITING. Then who ever buffed left marks all over my hood , The Chrome around window is falling off certain body parts are not matching up. I believe that they ought to bring my car back in rent me a car until they're done completely at a professional level. But then one must ask him self CAN YOU EVEN TRUST THEM NOW????

They literally couldn't have done anything better. Just recently had someone hit my car and cause some paint/bumper/panel damage to my BMW 4 Series, I did my research and this place was recommended by everyone I talked to. They very quickly had an estimate and got my car in and out in less than a week including the paintwork, sensor damage and glass removal. They gave me phone updates through out the week. The paint is a PERFECT match (M-sport Estoril Blue) and they even cleaned the interior and exterior of my car. Professional, quick, and polite staff. Car looks like the day I bought it. Cannot recommend them enough!

Did not correctly replace my windshield wiper fluid peripherals. The hose was not connected, just resting in the clamp, allowing the potential for debris buildup and prohibiting refilling. Also did not put a cap on the hose, leaving it open to more potential for debris buildup. All they had to do was push it in correctly but obviously the attention to detail is not there. Plenty of other collision repair centers in Sacramento to go to that can at least push in a windshield wiper fluid hose and put a cap on it.

WARNING. Please please please save your car and your time. So much to say. This place is highly unprofessional and terrible work was done. Communication lacks poorly. It doesn’t take rocket science to realize they did a sloppy job. It took weeks just for a front bumper. When I called asking what was taking so long, you can tell they made up an answer. After the work, I realized my bumper was still popping out and not aligned correctly or at all for that matter. I brought it back, the guy said the individual who worked on the car didn’t use all the brackets or didn’t do it correctly… said they’d fix it. They so called “fixed it” and I was assured it would certainly not fall off. Which tells me, they only secured it in place but did not actually put it on the way it’s supposed to be done. I went back a couple times! But finally I was fed up with them and left it alone. Fast forward to needing work done AGAIN on my front bumper. This time I went with Caliber Collision and they confirmed that a poor job was done. Certified collision did not put on my front bumper correctly and many brackets/ tabs were missing. I will not go back to this place ever and do NOT recommend anyone to.

The evaluter carefully marked each point on my car that needed repair and they even send me photo of each part requiring replacement with 3rd parties price quote for each item. They even arranged for my rental car. I am exceptionally happy with my initial experience.

It took 6 weeks to put new wheels and tires on our car. Our insurance sent us there and from the minute we got there it was nothing but a headache. They didn’t look at our car for over a week, didn’t order the tires for another couple of weeks after that. No one kept us informed until we started calling. When I went in to sign the forms giving them permission to work on the car , no one explained the forms just put it in front of me and told me to sign. Our insurance stopped paying for the rental and we had to pay out of pocket for a rental because of how long your place took! Would never recommend this place to anyone and certainly will not be coming back. You are an insurance scam, trying to convince the insurance to pay for the upgraded tires by delaying ordering new tires and I have a mind to report you!
