I recently had my car repaired atCertified Collision Center, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and professional service by Joe. Joe took the time to explain the repair process to me and answered all of my questions, making me feel confident that my car was in good hands. The quality of the work was outstanding. Quick response and reasonably priced had me make the trip to get my oil changed. As soon as I arrived I was immediately taken care of. Had a nice chat with Joe while I was waiting. Appreciated being offered a water and NOT being sold on things I didn't need. It was a simple oil change done quickly and efficiently. If you own a Tesla or any other electric car, take it somewhere else. If I could give these guys zero stars, I would. If you have a slight scratch on your car, or if you need a side mirror replaced, something really easy then I would say you could take your car here. By no means is this a collision center, scratch and dent, yes, collision, NO! For starters, we were told they could fix my car and we had to take it back twice. I had to replace my bumper, and a headlight. The bumper, needed to be painted twice because apparently people can't read and find the paint code which was inside the door and proceeded to paint it a completely different color. They painted the bumper with it on the car which is just laziness. Tesla's have cameras that you can view in real time and I was able to catch all of that. They can install a light but cant reprogram the light so don't count on them doing anything remotely technical. Lets go back to the terrible paint job they did the second time. There are drip areas on the front bumper and debris we found the first time they painted it, pointed that out so they could fix it the second time and low and behold, IT"S STILL THERE. They don't look over the cars once completed because if they thought the job they did looked great then they really need to rethink the business they are in. Now it has to go to an actual collision center to fix the mess they made.

My car's sunroof glass broke. I went to 7 different collision centers in Fort Lauderdale and no one was able to fix it. I desperately went into Sarell Colision Center, and Joe welcome me. At first he said that he didn't have the part and he wasn't sure if he would be able to fix it but he said "I'll try to help you". Joe took me to his office, called 10(!) different people in order to find the part that fit my car. On the 10th call he found it and asked the guy from Alabama to ship it to him. When the part arrived Joe called me to come in. I came in and gave him my car at 9am. At 3pm Joe called me and said that the car was ready and even washed(!). Through all the process Joe was so nice and did everything, beyond my expectations to find the part and help me get my car fixed! The service was the most courteous, professional and the fastest that I have ever experienced. The price was very reasonable and I'm so thankful that I found a reliable collision center near my house! Thank you Joe and the rest of the team! I highly recommended this place to whomever needs his car get fixed!

Absolutely great experience with the guys here! Our truck was throwing various codes so we first took it to Chevrolet, who quoted us upwards of $1400 JUST to diagnose, not even fix. They were also generally unfriendly and it felt like they were taking advantage of me because I’m a woman. So, I took my truck to these guys since they are down the road. I could not be happier with our experience! All of the guys are super nice, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It feels like having your brother or your dad work on your car. The best part was the cost transparency, how they operate, and that it never felt like they were taking advantage of us or bulking up services needed. Shaun was our mechanic and he was great, working on the issue until it was resolved. He even said if they couldn’t fix it there, he would refer us to someone he knew could. That act alone let me know they were honest and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. We will absolutely be coming back here for all our vehicle needs! And for those that it matters to, we are 2 LGBTQ women, and felt nothing but friendly vibes here. 10/10 recommend.

If this review saves 1 person from using this shop, then my hassle was worth it. Check out the pictures to see what a joke this place is. There are plenty of other body shops around that do great work. I brought in my BMW for a repaint a couple years ago. Joe is a fast talker and said they were a Dupont shop that used the same German BMW paint from the factory -- Dupont is lifetime guaranteed. Sure ok. They had my car for over a month when it was promised in one week. There were runs in the paint on the fender and overspray on the quarter panels, but, hey they gave me a good cash deal, so I didn't complain. A little over a year later, all the panels that they painted have faded. I was visiting a buddy out of town who paints cars for a living and it took less than 10 seconds for him to evaluate things and tell me that the shop used a single stage paint that doesn't hold up well to UV. No clear coat. Cheap paint from a sketchy, cheap shop. They were definitely never a Dupont shop or anything close to that quality, and if they were, Dupont probably kicked them to the curb. Now I have to have my entire car repainted to remedy their work. Body Craft, literally a stone's throw away, painted my wife's bumper flawlessly. I should have saved my cash, spent a little more, and gone there. Honestly, Maaco would have done a better job than this place -- and quicker. Update: I appreciate the offer from the owner to reach out to them, but there is no way I will be returning. I'd rather eat my loss and go somewhere else knowing that the job will be done right.
