Purchased a car in Late February, 2020. Due to Corona virus shutdown, I could not pick up car until May, 2020. The car was clean, oil was changed, and car generally in good order and as previously described when I picked up the car for my trip home. I have been purchasing cars & boats ( 11 to date) online across the US for over 15 years and found my dealing with Mr. D's to be honest and fair.

BEWARE: Mr. D puts off the market parts on vehicles, not genuine parts from the manufacturer like he claims. He calls the dealer for their pricing, and reduces his quote by a few hundred dollars and still buys cheap parts to put on your car. We had to learn this the hard way with our BMW. He's been ripping people off for years and when he got caught, he tried to lie and give excuses. He wonders why he's losing business and is always fighting with customers that caught onto his scam. Good luck to all you unsuspecting people giving 5 stars, I'm sure you'll be seeing Mr. D again soon for another problem that should've been fixed.

GREATEST SHOP IN TOWN!! One of the best shops in the area always bring my car and trucks here for years. If you want you car fix right and better than the dealer you come to MR.D’s. All these haters with the low star reviews in here are just cheap people who are too broke to pay or too stupid to read the signs they have up everywhere.

My 11 year old Jeep was having stalling issues, and 3 other mechanics I took it to couldn’t even diagnose the problem, let alone actually fix it. I became discouraged about the prospects of fixing it to say the least. Then I was lucky to randomly find Mr. D, who identified the problem (an electrical issue relating to the fuse box) and fixed it right away for a reasonable price. And on top of that, he had the professionalism and courtesy to call me a few days later just to make sure everything was okay. I can’t recommend him and his team enough!

I’ve tried several repair shops in this anrea, independent and dealer. Mr. D was head and shoulders above the rest. He and his other mechanics, including family, work incredibly hard, solved a very complicated problem at a much more reasonable cost than other shops I have tried. he’s also a really nice guy. I talked to several other customers at the shop who had the same experience. He’s been there for something like 26 years I think, and the extremely high ratings speak for themselves. I want to add my “5 stars” to that.

The first thing I’d like to say is “thank you!” I do not think I can thank Mr. D and his mechanics enough for listening to my concerns and working diligently to correct another mechanics mishap. My car was brought in to Mr. D’s after it had been to two different shops w no remedy. Some mobile mechanics initially botched my car which led me to take it to the actual manufacturer, Land Rover. They had my car for over two months and could not help but only charge me thousands of dollars for my car to continue to randomly shut off at stops. I came to Mr. D very frustrated and discouraged because I felt as if no one would or could help me. However, Mr. D and his mechanic actually listened to me. It feels good to be heard for once. They acknowledged my concerns and went right to work. They also didn’t swindle me into paying extra labor fees and parts fees. Everything was broken down to me in the most honest and understanding way. My car was up & running in only a matter of days. I’ve had it on the road a lot since I’ve retrieved it from them & it’s been driving back to normal without all the unnecessary shutting off. I have nothing negative to say about their business, I mean it. They are phenomenal. We need more caring people in the world like Mr. D and his crew as well as more businesses who conduct their services like them. I can go on and on about the best business practices that Mr. D and his crew portrays. I will always refer others to Mr. D and I will continue to use his services in the future. I have passed Mr.D's several times a week for years. I called them in the morning yesterday about my van. The gentleman said bring it in. I said I cant drop it off until noon. No problem. I expected they would have to keep it over night. My check gauges light would stay on when I started it. After driving a few miles it got very hot and would stalled out. They replaced the radiator a pipe something else and an oil change. When he told me the price I was pleasantly surprised. They did not ripe me off on the price. I highly recommend Mr.D's.

Mr D did body work on my mom’s Lexus and did a great job. After that they assisted me with my BMW I8 and my 1961 corvette. They have been quick and honest all 3 times I’ve needed them. Took my 230i to two other shops, who couldn't find the fault. Mr. D's found it no problem, and quickly fixed another issue as part of the diagnostic costs whilst they were in there! Ignore the 1* reviews... service is great. I will 100% be bringing my car back to these guys!
