Reggie is a professional and is courteous. He diagnosed a classic 1984 Lincoln Town Car that had been sitting for an extended period that was not running. His recommended repair actions led to the car getting back to running properly. I met Reggie at a friend's house as he was replacing an engine for him. I called him for a AC issue and he came over and suggested to replace the compressor as it was a 2015 vehicle.
