Did my brakes here less than 4 months ago, and had and the light came on. I stopped by a couple days in advance and spoke with them, they were very kind said to bring it in. I made the appointment for the Saturday 1/10/26 for 11am. I arrived for my appointment and couldn’t be seen. Drove an hour to get there and all, and all they said is they are backed up and busy and people didn’t show up to work. Very rude customer service. Completely understanding of shit happens, but from one business owner to another if you can’t pick up the phone to call the people who made appointments to let them. Know so you can reschedule it’s just inconsiderate especially when the reason I’m coming is a mistake on the business. I called customer service; reported the bad experience to them and went to another local shop who took care of me right away under their direction. This shop needs new management and the two Caucasian gentleman that were working in front shouldn’t be. Good customer service goes a long way.

After work today and driving home, all 4 of my tires said “low”. I drove directly to Mavis tires. Sam immediately came out, brought me into the garage and within five minutes all four of my tires were back up to The customer service in this place is amazing. Everyone was kind and courteous and took care of me immediately. For any of our future tire needs, this will be the only place we come to. I highly recommend it.

I have been a Mavis TK customer for decades. As an Engineer, I found the team here most friendly, attentive to details, thorough, and listens to customer concerns while keeping an expert tone. Even when something is not found at first they dig deeper. They have great coordination as a team, and have great communication. They went above and beyond. They made you feel that they cared. This type of sevice is rare in the 21st century. Your in good hands at this location; positive energy.

Came in early Saturday AM (8am) to get a host of maintenance issues looked at and fixed. Appreciated the attentive and energetic Customer Service. By 1045am, my car was ready to go, with ALL issues fixed (including servicing all 4 brakes) and even got new wiper blades installed. This shop operates in an expeditious manner and professionalism. Great neighborhood shop!

After work today, after getting in my car, all four of my tires registered low pressure. I drove immediately into Mavis tire and was greeted by Sam. I explained my dilemma and within five minutes my car was in the garage and someone was filling all four of my tires to the proper pressure. The service at this center is awesome. Everyone was polite, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend this tire center to anyone. This will be the only place we go for our tire service in the future.

Nice staff when I did have my car they are done in a timely and orderly fashion prices are more than fair not to mention one of the few places that offer free air right in front of the store. So if you're tired of paying $3 to $5 for air to put in your tire go here not to mention if you need work done on your car definitely the place you want to go not going to break the bank !

Great shop. Came in for an oil change and needed them to check the tires because my light was on. They were very honest and took their time to explain that my tires had ozone cracking (2017 tires), and even took me into the shop to show me. Really nice staff, busy shop but they manage it well. I recommend!!

Super helpful and friendly staff. They have gone out of their way to help me with multiple vehicles and do everything they can to cut down the cost. Most recently I brought in my brand new Jeep Wrangler that had a nail in the tire and they were able to pull it out without any puncture damage and didn’t even charge me for the time. Very thankful. Highly recommend.

I brought my truck in for a simple fuel injector replacement. I came with a full dealer diagnostic, plus my own scan confirming the issue — but Midas insisted on doing their own for $200. I refused because it wasn’t necessary, and they reluctantly took the job anyway. A week later they called saying cylinder 4 was “fixed,” but now cylinders 2 and 6 were malfunctioning — and suddenly they wanted the truck off their lot, wouldn’t continue repairs, and didn’t even want to charge me anymore. Big red flag. I took it to another mechanic who confirmed what I suspected: Midas installed the injector incorrectly, leaving it stuck open and flooding the engine with fuel. The motor was completely destroyed — beyond repair. I ended up having to junk a perfectly good truck and replace the engine would’ve cost over $13,000 — basically the value of the entire vehicle. And it gets worse: • They first said no charge, then tried billing me $850, then dropped it to $200 just so I could get my keys back. • Corporate wasn’t helpful and sounded rehearsed, like they knew exactly how to avoid responsibility. • Talking to other mechanics confirmed that what happened should never happen from competent work. This location left me with a totaled engine, thousands in losses, and zero accountability. I’ll be filing in small-claims, and I strongly warn anyone considering major mechanical work here. At best, I’d trust them with oil changes or brakes — nothing more serious.

DO NOT GO HERE, choose any other place. No value in saving a few dollars. I’d leave 0 stars if that was possible. The photographed tires were put on with an alignment 14,000 miles ago. This was sold as 60,000 mile tire. I get the tires rotated at each service, the back tires which have been on the car 2x as long (from another tire center) are wearing normally. See what your getting in my photos before committing to this place.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! Came in for a flat repair. Told it was repaired, but tried to sell me on tires so hard. Fast toward, 24 hours later, had to call triple A and they patched the tire themselves for 20 bucks in my driveway (for 1/2 the price of this place by the way, just call AAA!!!) I replied to the manager’s quote for new tires and an alignment the next day with the concerns that they didn’t even do the job. I asked them to do and I got no response despite the message being read. I think this is everything anyone would want to know about how this place actually treats walk-in customers. Have not been contacted nor issued a refund. BEWARE!!!!

I brought my car to Mavis for an oil change and had a great experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive from the moment I arrived. I was looking for the fastest way to get my car serviced, and they made the process quick and seamless. I believe it was the store manager, Moody, who assisted me. He immediately took a look at the engine, identified the issue, and also pointed out another underlying service that should be addressed. I really appreciated how thorough and proactive he was. Given my schedule, I was worried the visit might take a long time, even for a simple oil change. However, the team jumped right in and had everything completed in about 15 minutes or so. While the oil change was being done, Moody also provided a very fair quote for the additional work that needs to be done. I’ve unfortunately had some frustrating experiences with other mechanics and auto shops in the past, so it was relieving to speak with someone who was upfront, honest, and super helpful! That level of transparency and professionalism really stood out to me. I’ll definitely be coming back to Mavis for the additional repairs. Thank you, Moody and the Mavis team!

Horrible experience — stay away. I had an 11:00 a.m. appointment and arrived on time for a tire replacement and alignment. After three hours of waiting, instead of replacing two tires, they simply rotated the wheels — putting my worn tires on the rear and the newer tire in front, which goes against basic tire safety. I was honestly shocked. For a moment, I couldn’t believe it — the situation was so absurd, it felt like a hidden-camera prank. I asked both the manager and the general manager what the #1 tire safety rule is, and they confirmed that new tires should always be on the rear. That raises a serious question: what were these “specialists” thinking? Even if a customer requested something so absurd, it’s their responsibility to say it’s unsafe. At 2:15 p.m., I had to leave to pick up my daughter from school, then return again, making this visit last nearly five hours. I also have serious doubts about the alignment. From the moment they asked if I wanted it to the moment I got my keys, only 8 minutes passed, which strongly suggests it wasn’t properly done. I paid $180 for a result I’m not confident in. The $30 discount doesn’t truly address the time lost or the concerns I have about the work. I’m not looking for a handout; I simply expect a fair resolution. I have attached a photo of the tire that should have been replaced and was instead installed on the rear. You can draw your own conclusions about their competence.
