Unfortunately, my truck was misfiring and I have a 2022 ram that need an oil change. So I pulled in to get a diagnostic and oil change. Oil change and tire rotation shouldn’t cost 297.00. That makes no sense. Completely ripped me off. I would never recommend this Midas location. Keep in mind these are individually franchised using the Midas brand. Ridiculous prices go somewhere else.

Not all Midas locations are created equal. I have been to other locations in the surrounding area that charged me more for something like a synthetic oil change. I have been charged as much as $180 for my truck but here it’s about $120. The constant communication from the staff is great. This is much better under the new management. I also had major work done on the front suspension and rear axles. All of this was under $4,200, which is incredible. I’ve also brought my girlfriend’s car here in the past to service her air-conditioning and they did a great Job on that as well.

Very disappointed with the service at Midas. The technician was on his phone the entire time and didn’t properly check the tire pressure. We actually had to remind his manager that the pressure check needed to be done. Even then, it was done incorrectly—I later checked myself and each tire had a completely different pressure. This is basic service, and it was poorly handled.

Shout out to Mac and the young lady today. I have been going to this location since they started their groupon service and have had a few other maintenance services. I witnessed a customer issue escalation today and all I can say is "somethings are outside of the control of a employee". They remained professional and still provided the other customers great service.

My daughter took her car to Midas as one of her tires had a leak. The guy sent her to the mechanic, who told her she had to get 4 new tires because they didn't have a match. Last time she had tires per Midas was 2023. She paid half up front and the balance when they replaced the tires, cash as requested, in the shop. I don't remember a receipt. They didn't balance it. Called recently to have it balanced. No record of her taking the car in. Went back again to have the nuts loosened and hand tightened so I could check the brakes. They refused for both vehicles. I had my tires done previously. $59+ to balance her car. I'd rather just pay another company to balance it, rather than use Midas.

I would highly rate and a recommend this Midas repair shop specifically for what I came in for which was a four-wheel alignment. I felt that everyone that I dealt with was professional. The equipment appeared to be new and up to date and the people appear to be well trained. I spoke with the owner and it seems he is very interested in providing a great service to the community. Coach who was the service manager was very helpful. They went above and beyond noticing that one of my tires was not wearing as well as the others and a rotated the tires to the best position which is not something which would be considered part of the alignment. While I was there I noticed a lot of high-end cars including BMWs and Mercedes that were being repaired. They also were working on a new Cadillac Escalade while I was there. I read a lot of the negative reviews and in fact I read most of the reviews prior to bring in the car. My experience was not like any of the negative reviews. I was happy with the work that was done and would definitely recommend this shop. When I called, I was told to bring in the car and that they did not make appointments on the weekend. They went out of their way to make sure that my car got in quickly. I really appreciate the way they took care of me. The one thing that I really did like is that I didn't have any problems standing outside the service bay and watching what was going on. Many shops won't allow this and I feel that when a shop allows you to watch, there's nothing to hide. This was very important to me.
