My family and I have been coming here for years with different cars, we always get amazing service. Recently, my 2011 Toyota Corolla had some issue that other mechanics weren't able to solve, I spent over $200 overall on diagnostics alone at different places and finally took it to certified transmission even if I knew it wasn't a transmission issue. Ben Epperson, talked with me over the phone about the process and really listened to my rant about this troublesome vehicle. He was able to squeeze my car in the next day even though they were down a couple of guys, not only that, but did the diagnostic FOR FREE! He recommended the best course of action and told me I might be able to do the repair/replacement myself- (I'm a little car savvy) Which I did! 2 camshaft position senors and 1 crankshaft position senor. Car seems to be better. Thank you, certified transmission! Saved me time and money.

I had a wonderful experience at certified transmission!! They were recommended by a body shop who doesn’t do transmission work. The technician I spoke with on the phone was pretty sure he knew the issue just from talking about it on the phone and it ended up being exactly what he thought! Thankfully there was a less expensive fix than a brand new transmission as GM had told them about a fluid change for our issue that he said has been working for about 70% of people with that issue. They were super thorough with communication, were very kind, and took care of everything in a timely manner. If you are having transmission issues, I highly recommend giving them a call!
