Went to this place in February on a friends request. I bought full sets of rotors & brakes and needed a shop to put them on. They told me they did and had put them on. Come to today June. I have had 3 different auto shops tell me I need 2 rotors and brake pads replaced. They stole my parts and didn’t do the service.

These people are quick and very efficient. But most of all, their prices are reasonable. They changed my alternator, even though they had to get a new one, and I only waited for a little over an hour, even though it was totally unexpected and last minute. I very much recommend this place!!!!

These guys are the absolute best i cant even begin to describe how dope these folks are ! I brought in my 4runner because I was doubting the usage left on my breaks and rotors. I know enough about cars not to let them blow up mind you. Anywhere wouldve more than likely gutted me especially as I was adamant of my concern of going through the Colorado mountains. Top notch service all around. Fast service, great price and all around the holidays. If youre local to Omaha this is THE place. When I get back into town I know where my car is going asap! I scheduled an appointment for a simple muffler delete on my 2026 Silverado 2500, with the visit set for the following day. Unfortunately, the shop failed to order the required part and did not communicate this in advance before my appointment. I was later told the part “didn’t fit the latest delivery,” but no one contacted me to inform me of the issue and really it's just a flat out lie. After driving 40 minutes for my appointment to the shop, the staff did not appear to be aware that I was even scheduled to have work done, despite booking in person. This reflects a serious breakdown in organization and communication at this business. While the quoted price of $180 was extremely fair, I am going back to midas to pay $400 simply to avoid further wasted time at this business. Looking back, I now understand why the quote was pennies compared to the more established shops i went to. I hope others have a more reliable and transparent experience than I did!
