Left my vehicle here for repair since late July. Checked back regularly through phone and they provided us with updates. I was told they finished disassembling last week and this is the picture I took today on September 8th. They didn’t do anything since July. Full of lies. Please DO NOT choose. Update 9/9: The company's leadship started to handle my geniue revierw with a uniqe approach: 1. Accused my review and experience as dishonest; 2. Claimed my payment check for parts ordered as 'bad check' without cash in or any other valid clause; 3. Threatened me to remove this review with pursuit of legal actions, without even a single sentence of apology; 4. And finally doubted the connection between my real and online identity, released my personal information and stated I never used their collision repair service. I hope everyone who visited their Google profile has a chance to see this review, that's how they handle customer complaint after their own mistakes. Now I understand why their multiple employees treated me with series of lies, excuses and dishonest, because that culture started from their own leadership. Please AVOID, and save yourself from hassles and waste of money & time.

Highly recommended. They did a wonderful job on a brand new car that was the unfortunate victim of highway debris. When the car was inadvertently door-dinged waiting for me to pick it up after they fixed it, they were quick to take responsibility (even though I had already removed the vehicle from the spot where it happened), quick to fix it, and the repair was absolutely flawless. I am impressed by the professionalism, the very fair pricing (particularly given the affiliation with a dealership), and the honest nature of the folks who work there. 5 stars.

I recently had a fantastic experience at the body shop that repaired my son's Subaru. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The two gentlemen who work the front office are very nice and communicate very well. The craftsmanship of this place is awful. I’m not sure the people who actually did work to my truck know how to read a tape measure. Had to take my truck there 3 different times for them to get it right. Like I said guys in front office were very understanding and took care of the issues but should have been done right the first time. Both sets of emblems they put on were completely off center and crooked. Also replaced my bumper and one of my license plate lights were not working afterwards. Few words of advice. After you are done with a project take a few steps back and look at it. Try and take some pride in your work. People pay a lot of money for things these days only to receive mediocre effort at best.

The team did an absolutely stellar job on my car which was given in very bad shape after a deer crossing incident. I was stunned by the quality of work and finish and felt like it was a brand new vehicle. The team was very responsive during the entire process in giving me timely updates and kept their on word on delivery timeline. I would 100% recommend this center! I had my company truck repaired here in January of 2022. Very professional and courteous from the initial inspection and estimate, all the way through repair and delivery. They even had an issue with the paint booth that pushed back the start date, and they still were able to accomplish the repair on time. Paint looks exactly as the rest of the truck. They did an excellent job and delivered the truck clean inside and out, and I’m picky, still immaculate when I got it back. Appreciate the help from the estimator and Donnie, and all the associates that had a hand in completing the job right, and in a timely manner.

Professional, friendly, empathetic, quick, pretty much just awesome. I spent my summer vacation as a series of unfortunate events. Among other events, I broke my car and broke my ankle in two places while in the woods, far from civilization. I spoke with Matt shead of my arrival in Central Illinois to coordinate car repairs. He communicated with me every step of the process and got me back on the road to CA in time to not have to reschedule my broken ankle follow-up. The car looks better than it did when I started my comedy of errors road trip. 10/10 would recommend them. I know my family in the area will be happy to come in!

They definitely went above and beyond what was expected. We had very little to worry about in what could have been a very stressful time. They have a great relationship with the insurance companies and that made things a lot easier also. The entire Serra team was on our side and we will be buying another new car from them within a week.

The guys at Champaign Collision are the best. Used them when my car was in a total loss situation. Donnie and team took care of everything during the entire process. Was so impressed by that experience, I found out they to pait protective film on vehicles too. Called about adding it to my Harley and without hesitation they jumped all in! I didn't hesitate and the team did not disappoint! Harley just did my 1k service and were very impressed. Highly recomend this team for everything 2, 4 or more wheels! They got you!

Matt was extremely helpful in replacing the windshield on my Alfa Romeo, something Safelite was not able to do because they couldn't remove the wiper blade arms. We did have one delay due to equipment, however he kept me abreast and they had a very convenient shuttle service to bring me back and forth.

My car fender was badly dented, and the PPF was torn at the impact points. Champaign Collision Center took care of everything in just one day: flawlessly repaired the dent and rewrapped the entire fender with new PPF. It looked like nothing ever happened. After the repair, the fender camera stopped working, but that turned out to be due to rusted connectors, completely unrelated to their work. Still, they went above and beyond by offering to replace the camera and reapply PPF to the new part, simply because the issue arose under their supervision. All of this, excluding the camera parts, cost just $490. For comparison, Midwest Autoskins booked me a month out and delivered shoddy results. Champaign Collision Center, on the other hand, gets it done right. They’ve truly mastered the meaning of taking care of their customers. Highly recommended.

Donnie, Josh, and Matt did a phenomenal job with not only my car and the repairs, but communication, and overall customer service. They even had to send parts back that did not fit my car 100% correctly, which just showed me they weren't willing to compromise the quality of my repairs to hurry and get my car done. That spoke volumes to me, especially when we live in a world that is all about turnaround time and making a dollar. Not here though! My car was also so clean when I received it back after the work was completed, which was a very nice surprise! 20/10 from me!
