My 1 star review isn’t because my part was on back order. My 1 star review is because the only thing I asked for during my 4 months wait was for updates. There was never any communication. I was always the one who had to call to get an updated. I was very understanding that the part was on back order, but that shouldn’t affect their ability to communicate with me still. After 4 months I finally requested to speak manager who finally was able to get me a rental. After buying the car from GMC and using them for my business as with them as well, I thought they would be able to get me a rental and help me out. The car looks great, but the communication was so terrible. If you need actual help, ask to speak to a manager.
