They were absolutely TERRIFIC! I'd give them 10 stars if I could! We ACTUALLY SPOKE to a REAL person!They rearranged THEIR schedule to accommodate us as we were out of town. The tech they sent was prompt, friendly, and did his job well. All in all, we couldn't have asked for better! Unlike Safelite, where you COULDN'T SPEAK WITH ANYONE or get any answers from their online chat!

Last week my windshield started cracking as I was driving down the interstate. My insurance company recommended American Eagle Auto Glass Inc. in Champaign and I was able to get my truck on the schedule to get in the shop before I was to take a trip out of state the next day. I am very impressed with their customer service. After having some bad customer service experiences with other projects the last few weeks, the representative at American Eagle Auto Glass was very courteous and understanding. They did the job right, and quickly, as they had the job done in about an hour or an hour an a half. American Eagle Auto Glass did their work with excellence and their customer service was second to none. I highly recommend this business!

appointment at 9:00 in the morning they told me it would take 4 1/2 hours or more to replace the front windshield glass in my F-150 4 1/2 hours later the window wasn't done because of technician had to go out on a job the technician got back about 2:30 4:30 and then they said they'd call me the technician had gotten back and it only took him an hour to change out my front windshield so I was up in Champaign for over 8 hours trying to get my windshield replaced will not ever go back to American Eagle and we'll tell my insurance company what went on even though they were preferred for my company so essentially it only took him an hour which they told me it's going to be 4 and a half hours for a windshield never going back to American Eagle!!

Customer service is horrible I don’t know cause me as a black woman or what I don’t try to put everything down to race though I came in said hello they were having a conversation and just kept on with the conversation and didn’t acknowledge me or anything like I wasn’t there. Just very rude. The new guy Cortez though, was very respectful and had great customer service. The other guys fixed my window but I would not recommend people to go there and spend money that look like me “black” if they are going to be treated with disrespect! I will definitely never go back! They probably would actually prefer it. The crazy thing is I do review and was going to actually tell people to go there I will never do that.

Omg first off a big big thank you to (Andy, Chris and the young lady) sorry I didn’t get her name. I called cause I was having an issues with my window and Andy told me to come and Chris fixed the problem in like 20mins! I had tried several places before them and no one would help me or they were trying to over charge me! I will forever be a customer and I highly recommend this place! They truly saved me from taking a trip to Chicago to get some help! So I’m very thankful! If you are looking for great customer service and reasonable prices this is your place!

Fantastic experience overall, could not be happier. Called and had an appointment the very next day. They were able to replace a shattered window on my car in less than an hour for a fraction of the price the dealership quoted me. Everyone is very friendly as well, highly highly recommend!

There is a comment prior to this one that suggests attention to detail is lacking but I disagree. I’ve had two windshields repaired with the Champaign company specifically and I have not had an issue with them aside from needing to be rescheduled but considering I only see two techs at the shop I’m assuming it’s due to lack of manpower. Do not let negative comments deter you. They do a way better job than any of the other glass companies I have attempted to work with. If you have an issue take it to the company and they will fix it! Highly recommended! I am editing this comment due to the genuine lack of care American eagle has shown the last two times this month I have attempted to call, they have not had the care to even respond to make further appointments with them and the last repair that was done on my wife’s vehicle was not satisfactory nor would they answer the phone the two times I attempted to call them. I do not wish for them to make things right as they have lost my respect and my business as well as my families business. I don’t know what happened but their care for their customers has declined drastically in the last couple of months. Do better.

Disappointed. I scheduled a repair for a chip in my windshield. They were able to service my vehicle at home, which was appreciated. Was warned that there is a low chance the repair will cause the glass to crack. I decided to move forward, knowing the risk. Technician created a major crack while drilling. Now I need a full windshield replacement. Didn’t have to pay for that service, but I won’t get a discount for windshield replacement, so I’m just going to go through my dealership instead. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend using this shop for windshield repair.

The technician arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable, and completed the replacement quickly. The new windshield looks perfect, and they even cleaned up thoroughly afterward—no glass or debris left behind. Customer service was top-notch as well. They clearly explained everything, handled my insurance with ease, and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both quality workmanship and excellent service, but they nailed it. Highly recommend!

Whilst I respect how fast they were able to get me in when my car was unexpectedly broken into, we noticed sounds coming from my passenger door (which was the one broken into via glass breaker). This is simply the glass my dad was able to get out through the water drain holes at the bottom. We can’t take the second panel off ourselves - so we had to literally shake the door the get glass to fall out and vacuum out through the drain holes/speaker. I find it outrageous there was this much glass in my door, especially when they HAD to take off the second panel anyway since 2017 Hyundai Elantra’s windows are attached to the second panel. Why it wasn’t shop vacuumed out? I will never know. We’ve spent 2 excruciating hours in the baking sun doing this today. This is very concerning due to the fact I have my small child in this car, it’s my daily driver, and glass was just falling out the door. Poor attempt.

Terrible attention to detail had a windshield done there yesterday, after leaving I noticed glass shards left up on the dash. Trash and remnants left on the dash and my a post pillar is ruined now because of the adhesive used on the windshield is now on the pillar and on the driver seat. Will not recommend this company to anyone in the near future. Also had a scheduling issue made the appointment for Monday morning dropped the car off and received a call shortly after 8 they didn’t have all the parts would have to rescheduled the appointment.
