Had my part but wouldn'tlend me the tools to change the part in the parking lot. Offered to rent them even and was told they had too many problems that they stopped. Understandable, but unfortunate.

I phoned in for a simple part for my truck, they did not have it . said it would be 24 hours to get it. 24 hours later I go to pick up the part and the part they ordered was wrong, it had nothing to do with the part that I wanted. Now they're saying they can't even get the part I have to go to the dealer. Come on guys get with it...

Most of my orders are online orders, but they always prepare it quickly and they are correct every time. NAPA has good quality OEM/aftermarket parts for youe vehicle maintenance and repair. Pricing for a lot of their items is reasonable, so at least half of the time I go to NAPA for my car parts and skip other stores. Great monthly deals too!

Good customer service but I wouldn’t recommend getting some things like keys here. I bought mines and it stopped working in less than 4 months, and I know I didn’t get it wet or anything. Products should definitely last longer than this.

They usually have the part or product I need, not all the time though. The last time they almost sold me a switch that did the opposite of what I needed; momentary off instead of momentary on.... That would have been disastrous to my equipment. Two times I was being helped and the phone rang, they stopped helping me to take the phone call. Both times I had the part and had to wait 5 minutes to pay while they took the phone calls. They told me it was their policy that calls take priority, I find it very rude to the customers that are present in the store.

Kevin was great but Napa is ALWAYS out of date or extremely overpriced. My grandpa swore by Napa. (That may be why his conveyance rarely was roadworthy) "Napa know how". PSH!!!

Would give less Stars if I could. Rudest people I've ever dealt with in a customer situation. I would not recommend coming here. If you need to buy parts I would give your business to someone else.
