Had all four of my tires changed. One of the technicians also let me know that one of the sensors for my tire pressure might be bad so to keep an eye on it.

You may be able to fool the regular customer but I'm not the person to be fooling with. When you're told that the rotation is wrong that means you're wrong the customer is always right especially when I have evidence to prove it. Good luck keeping your job Management has been notified

The girl act like she was new didn't know much of anything. One of the workers from the back came and help me. I call the night before to check to see if i had insurance on my front tire she said no. So when the guy help me he look it up and i did have insurance. The girl last night also told me they open at 7am. Something told me to go online and they open at 8. Other then that it was ok i left out spending $46.00 so i guess thats better then $100.00.

STAY FAR AWAY! DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY TIRE WORK!!!!!! Wasted an entire Saturday! I dont know why I put myself through the pain of going here. This time it took 3.5+ hours to plug a tire and do an oil change. There were no cars ahead of me when I checked in and the reason it took so long was bc "1 guy went on break and the other guy took a lunch". This is the 2nd time this has happened. Pay additional money and stay away from walmart auto shops. I have had issues at every walmart I've been to. UPDATE #1: Apparently the excuse now is that they take appointments and they drop walk-ins to do the appointments. Not very efficient way of doing things in my opinion. UPDATE #2: ~4 hours later, they informed me they actually hadn't started my oil change. Therefore, I sat here almost 4 hours to have a tire plugged. I cancelled and am going elsewhere. Stay far, far, far away! Do not come here!!!!

It takes way to long for a simple tire rotation and balance. Been here for 1 1/2 hours and they still are not done. Had it done in September and I was first customer of the day. Still took over 2 hrs.

Hours online listed 9-7, so I took my car over after work for an oil change. Pulled in at 5:44. The door was locked even though the hours listed on the door also said 9-7. I called while standing at the door and was told the auto center was closed; their hours are actually 7-4. This is the second time in a row this has happened here: last time they were closed for the day without any notice posted except a piece of paper taped to the door. I don't know why I came back.

I ordered new tires and it seemed like I asked them to build me a rocket. Literally wasted 3 hours of my day. Told me to come earlier in the day and then made me wait 2 hours. That's not the bad part either. They had to get an override because I wanted only 2 tires put on but the management was no where to be found. And the workers there moved at the speed of a snail so no wonder I waste 2 hours in store and an hour communicating. And to add to the mess, I couldn't understand half the things either of the workers were saying.

We needed new tires and called around to the usual suspects and prices were very high. So we reluctantly went to Wal Mart. My expectations were low, but they knocked it out of the park. Price, quality and service were top notch. They went above and beyond to give us prompt and excellent service. They will be my first stop in the future

It took them 22 hours to bring my car in for a simple tire change. Every time I asked about its progress, it was like they were hearing about it for the first time. I understand they are understaffed, but this should not have happened. If you don't have a ride, go somewhere a little more expensive to save yourself a full day of waiting around. Staff was also very unprofessional and were spouting insultingly homophobic opinions on and off while I waited, which was disgusting.

Like most businesses these days, the Walmart Auto Care Center lacks enough employees to provide the promised services. The online and in-store hours indicated that they close at 7PM. I arrived at 4:45pm but the service manager said that they close at 5pm because they don't have enough help. I came back the next day at 3:45pm and they were able to provide a new tire in 45 minutes. Prices have sky-rocketed on most products and tires are no exception. At least, Walmart offers some comparative deals.

I was in a real bind to fix my daughter's tire before she started clinicals. Manager said she could not put me in the system, but told me to come in and a tire could be put on my daughter's rim if I was there at 7 AM. I was there before staff. One staff member told me I could buy the tire, but without an appt, nothing else would be done with it. A second employee asked if I had ever bought anything from them before. After telling him two sets of tires for my truck and a set for my wife's car, he found me in the computer and had me on my way in 14 minutes. The manager and second employee were the only reason for stars. Employee one, may need some customer service training. I usually have really good experiences here, but not this time.

Wish I could leave 0 Stars. Sent my wife there to fix a tire that I had purchased the road hazardous warranty on. Purchase was in Danville, no issues there. This store took forever for her to get waited on the the employee had an attitude like she was bothering him to do their job. To busy on there phone. She was told all was booked. All bays were empty and no one was doing anything. She tried to get up front help from a manager but no one cared at all. She is traveling an hour one way right now and needs a working vehicle. I'm in cancer treatment. But Walmart sure don't care about anything at all. We will call corporate on this. Completely inexcusable

I was disappointed with the service I recently received at the Walmart tire center in Savoy. I purchased and had tires installed from Walmart, and unfortunately, the experience at the tire center was far from satisfactory. I went there two hours before they close on a Tuesday to get a tire patched which shouldnโt have taken more than 15-20 minutes. The staff seemed disinterested and made excuses about having appointments lined up when there were no other customers present for the service. I expected better customer service, especially after purchasing and having the tires installed by Walmart. The lack of accommodation and the apparent laziness of the staff were disheartening.

Don't go here, save yourself the stress. The appointments online are "corporate" and apparently have no connection to whatever org they've farmed out the actual work too or how much actual capacity they have; they never answer the phone or contact you if there any any questions/clarifications; and corporate help has no information about the work being done and can't update you; and it wasn't even clear to the guy I talked to that I had already paid for the tires AND installation on the website. Further, when I got tired of 24 hours of messing around after having an 11:00 saturday appointment, they couldn't even do the return for the tires and had the gall to suggest I had to TAKE THE TIRES to their customer service dept to return them, WHAT? I finally threw my hands up on SUNDAY afternoon and went elsewhere, who had me on the road in a couple of hours. Now I'm disputing the transaction. Nightmare.

Went in for a oil change, the man we spoke to said it would take around 20/30 minutes, we walked around walmart for a hour and a half. We went and sat down and they finally got the vehicle in the back, so we waited another 10 minutes and then they pulled the vehicle out and said they had to cancel our service and do nothing because the bolts were rusted. My husband checked himself at home and not only do we have 1 bolt out of the 6 that's supposed to be on it but the bolt was not rusted and came off very easily. Do not recommend at all, they wasted our time and did nothing for us.

If you are looking to: 1- Routine maintenance 2- Tire & TPSM installation 3- Battery installation Walmart provide a truly good service. They are transparent, nice, and have good customer service. Especial thanks to Tiffany who helped me and provide me useful tips on changing my tires

Hopeless. They canceled my order of two tires (ordered after I had a blowout and urgently needed a replacement), never called me to let me know about it, and then when I pressed them on it they insisted they never carried those tires in the first place. Then why did you let me buy them off the website? Associates also do not seem to understand questions asked to them on the phone, which wasted even more of my time. It cost me a bit more but I ended up going elsewhere, and I suggest anyone reading this do the same.

I ordered 2 tires and they made an appointment for Saturday for me. On the day of, i got a text cancelling appt due to supplies not there. I assumed the tires hadn't arrived. When i called them they said their system does that for some odd reason and that tires were indeed there. They got installed within an hour and i have nothing but positive things to say about price and service. Beware of that text that cancels your appt. ๐
