Back in November, my vehicle was unfortunately hit which left damage to the rear end of my car. Since I only recently moved to Champaign within the past few months, I took the time to visit several auto body shops to gather quotes and to also evaluate who I would trust to repair my vehicle. After visiting several shops that left me feeling unsure, Gallo-Miller was my last stop and the first shop to immediately gain my trust. Cory took the time to sit down with me for an hour and throughly explain everything from the process of fixing my car to the specific parts that would be ordered. I had a lot of questions about the entire process and Cory was able to explain everything in detail which left me feeling at ease. My repair date was scheduled for Janurary 22nd and I fully expected it to take a whole week but I already received my car back today on January 24th. Not only was Cory and the front desk staff friendly and helpful, but they were also timely and efficient. I received update phone calls from the front desk about my vehicle and upon retrieval I was also astonished to see the exterior and interior of my car clean and detailed. As a consumer that values my car extremely, I am very picky about who repairs my vehicle and I was absolutely blown away by the care and compassion shown to my vehicle and to me as a customer. If I ever need anything again, my first and only choice will be Gallo-Miller! Thanks again!★★★★★ a week ago

As a black male, it is very, very difficult to deal with people who will not service you because of how you look I talk to I talked to I talked to State Farm who told me to go to Gallo Miller for an estimate. I talked to a young man who was very angry. I’m not sure if he had a bad day or what but was making assumptions based on what he thought was right tried to explain to him the facts of what I needed and what I want done, and he refused to hear me, but refused to provide me the service that State Farm. I will never recommend Gallo Miller to any of my friends or family community members or any such thing. Don’t make any decisions before you come to this shop! My car was scratched when parking. I went to another shop for quoting, and they said it might cause a few hundreds or even thousands. Then I came here, they helped me clean and polish it without any charge! After all that, my car was nearly new since the actual paint was intact. I can’t see anything after polishing. I have used Gallo-Miller in the past after hitting a deer with a previous vehicle and they did and amazing job fixing it in a timely manner. Most recently, I was rear-ended and they got me a same day repair estimate & communicated with my insurance. They then scheduled the work and had all parts ready ahead of time. They even called the rental car company to pick me up when I initially dropped my vehicle off. Lastly they completed the repair a week sooner than expected and I would venture to say that my car operates better than before my accident.
