I got repairs here through insurance (State Farm) after hitting a deer. I can't speak highly enough of how kind and courteous they were here! After waiting a while for the rental car place to come pick me up, one of the employees from Gallo-Miller just gave me a ride over there himself, apologizing profusely, even though it was something totally out of his control. The woman who answers the phones and got me my car back was so sweet, and everyone was friendly and greeted me by name. The repairs were done well, and faster than I was anticipating. I highly recommend them, as they were able to make a potentially stressful situation as pleasant as could be!

Came here for an insurance claim on the recommendation from a friend who had similar done. Everyone is incredibly courteous, a gentleman even helped me carry items to my rental car as my hands were full. The estimate was thorough and I was able to schedule the repair very easily. The process was quick and easy, and the repair looks amazing! Plus they cleaned the inside of my car (dashboard, seats, floor vacuumed). Will absolutely do business with Cory & team again!

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received at Gallo-Miller. The staff was friendly and really helpful throughout the whole process, especially because I had never gone through this type of repair before. They had the rental car ready to go when I dropped my car off for service. They were also communicative about anything that came up and the estimate to when my car was going to be finished. My car was done ahead of the date they estimated and they were willing to work with me on pick-up. The repairs turned out great- you can't even tell there was any damage in the first place. I am extremely happy with the service on my car. I would definitely recommend them.

I would highly recommend Gallo-Miller for anyone looking for high quality and professional repair work. Cory Wilson and the office staff were great to work with . They had to coordinate the repair work with an out-of-state insurance company that was responsible for the repair work, and well as coordinate the rental car process. The repair work was amazing. You can not tell by looking that the vehicle was ever damaged. The paint match and blending is perfect. Thanks so much for a great job.

I have used Gallo-Miller in the past after hitting a deer with a previous vehicle and they did and amazing job fixing it in a timely manner. Most recently, I was rear-ended and they got me a same day repair estimate & communicated with my insurance. They then scheduled the work and had all parts ready ahead of time. They even called the rental car company to pick me up when I initially dropped my vehicle off. Lastly they completed the repair a week sooner than expected and I would venture to say that my car operates better than before my accident. Amy at the front desk was extremely kind and personable and Scott made sure to keep me updated every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend!

Don’t make any decisions before you come to this shop! My car was scratched when parking. I went to another shop for quoting, and they said it might cause a few hundreds or even thousands. Then I came here, they helped me clean and polish it without any charge! After all that, my car was nearly new since the actual paint was intact. I can’t see anything after polishing. Great attitude, great service, very effective and helped my save so much money.

Back in November, my vehicle was unfortunately hit which left damage to the rear end of my car. Since I only recently moved to Champaign within the past few months, I took the time to visit several auto body shops to gather quotes and to also evaluate who I would trust to repair my vehicle. After visiting several shops that left me feeling unsure, Gallo-Miller was my last stop and the first shop to immediately gain my trust. Cory took the time to sit down with me for an hour and throughly explain everything from the process of fixing my car to the specific parts that would be ordered. I had a lot of questions about the entire process and Cory was able to explain everything in detail which left me feeling at ease. My repair date was scheduled for Janurary 22nd and I fully expected it to take a whole week but I already received my car back today on January 24th. Not only was Cory and the front desk staff friendly and helpful, but they were also timely and efficient. I received update phone calls from the front desk about my vehicle and upon retrieval I was also astonished to see the exterior and interior of my car clean and detailed. As a consumer that values my car extremely, I am very picky about who repairs my vehicle and I was absolutely blown away by the care and compassion shown to my vehicle and to me as a customer. If I ever need anything again, my first and only choice will be Gallo-Miller! Thanks again!

I’ve obtained estimates and had auto work done at other places, all before I discovered Gallo-Miller. I’ve now been to Gallo-Miller twice and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. I know I sound like a paid spokesman, but I’m nothing more than a thrilled customer. The whole team at Gallo is awesome, and Scot in particular is amazing! I have taken two cars to Gallo Miller & they have always been really nice & super helpful. The first car I took was totaled & the estimate they gave my insurance company was great. The second time, my car was not totaled but needed almost 19k in body work & they got it done in under a month. The paint & body looks better than it did before the accident. I just wanna start by saying that I had a wonderful experience with Gallo Miller unfortunately gotten into an accident on a very snowy day. I had extensive bodywork and some mechanic work that need to be done at the same time. I felt absolutely taken care of. They were very realistic with timing and part ordering and very communicative. They even sent email updates unexpected times of finishing the job and they even finished a couple days early which was very surprising and very appreciated.
