The collision shop at Champion Chevrolet is great! Adam and Dennis helped us when the catalytic converters were stolen from our 2021 Blazer. They keep you updated with any progress on the repairs and are very friendly. This is the second vehicle I have taken to them and will definitely use them again if the need ever arises in the future. I tried taking my truck here to get it fixed after I was rear ended. Spoke with my insurance company and was told to set up a time to get an estimate with the shop. When I called the shop to set this up they didn’t real ask many details and just told me okay bring it in. I let the insurance company know about the scheduled estimate inspection and they good they will follow up with me after it is completed. Took my truck to the estimate inspection and shop decided that’s not how things are done and told me to reach back out to my insurance company. Terrible experience and I am now about a week behind in the process of getting my truck fixed. Why would they not try to gather more information when we spoke last week….
